There was an angel named Braden Willits answering the phone. He immediately took charge and found me Home Insurance and car insurance for three adult drivers in our house, for less than the amount of our raised home insurance! Our budget has completely changed, and we are breathing again! Braden went above and beyond to figure things out for me, answer my questions, listen to my old lady chatter, and making his own calls to other connections to be sure, all the info was correct. We have slept so well in our home the past two nights, knowing that State Farm And Josh Hazeleood insurance, specifically, Braden, has taken care of things for us. We plan to be with them until Jesus calls me home.

They ended up signing me up for new homeowners insurance without understanding the ramifications of a previous claim I had. All sorts of hoops later, Farmers did not decide to insure my home and I had to back out. An agent with a little bit more experience would have done more due diligence upfront in order to avoid this hassle on everybody's part. They place a high importance on making sure the coverage is correct in the first place which I appreciated. It just didn't work out in my case. We also had asked for business insurance information and they never got back to us. I don't know if they forgot about it or if they just didn't want our business. Also I'm pretty sure I was lied to when I asked, "How long have you been selling insurance?" Was told 1 year but subsequent research showed a few months.

Then when we filed a claim after waiting 6 months for them to call the damage was already done to the structure and then the adjuster lied on the denial claim. Stay away from a company that lies to you. Look on Twitter for the reviews of them doing customers wrong that will tell you the truth. I'm not the only one with problems with this company. This is not defamation as he is implying I have all of the information and even where it says estimated. HUGE difference in the estimate. Like 1400. You bad mouth me without even talking to me. You talked to my staff after I sent you a best case scenario and it was disclosed in the quote. Once anna ran the real quote the real numbers were told to you. By the looks of it you were quoted by Allstate several times and got the same result. Remember defamation is not a good thing. I do not appreciative you spreading bad information. Improve the insurance score you have and you will fix the premium you get. Just about every insurance company rates this way. Some have better rates then others. Sorry you did not talk to me.
