The renewal is for 4/27/24 and I have been reaching out to cancel since March. He does not return calls is waiting for the renewal to go thru so he gets paid. Corporate said their hands are tied since he has to do the cancellation. I have Allstate for my Home and Auto but My agent is in Eugene because in the last 32 years I have owned my home, Grants Pass has not provided decent customer service so I had to switch to an office that actually works for their clients. As a Real Estate person, Part of my job is assisting my buyers to get home owner's insurance for their new home. I will be removing Ken from my preferred vendor email I send to all my potential buyer's. I don't want then to endure the treatment I have had to deal with. My experience with Julie Stacy was marked by a series of delays and a lack of urgency that tested…read moremy patience at every turn. From the outset, the communication was sporadic and often required multiple follow-ups to receive even basic updates. It became clear early on that the lender's processes were slow and inefficient, causing significant delays in the potential approval process. It was clear their team seemed only versed in "easy" approvals.  What was most concerning was the apparent lack of concern for timelines. Despite repeated assurances that they would have an answer "soon," deadlines were consistently missed. This created unnecessary stress and uncertainty during a time that is already inherently stressful for any homebuyer. Moreover, the lender and their representatives seemed unresponsive when asked for clarification or updates. Simple inquiries were met with curt responses, and there was little effort to provide clear or comprehensive explanations. This lack of customer care and attentiveness was disappointing, especially given the significant financial commitment involved.  In the end, Julie seemed to barely try to get this loan approved. She washed her hands of it and said it was impossible to get done. Not to mention she approved me LOWER than any other lender for my house "range".  She also shared information about my purchase and process with someone that is not on my loan or title!! THAT IS NOT ALLOWED and a HUGE BREACH OF CONFIDENTIALITY! There are other lenders in the market who prioritize customer service and efficiency, which are critical in what is likely one of the most important transactions of your life. I was able to get better service and get this loan approved somewhere else!  I want to be CLEAR. Julie- You did not refuse to work with me because my first house was through her, which we both have proof of....so don't let her lie about this. Secondly, this review is purely in regard to my second house I tried to get you to approve lending for which you couldn't do because it was too hard. I have emails from you and Tyler saying you were not able to get this done, so I got it done through another lender. In no way am I mentioning OTHER issues I have with you Julie, that have nothing to do with this loan- so let's keep it on topic (your ability to do your job/ communicate and get loans approved). Everything I stated was true about my process in the second home loan I tried to purchase with you- you were extremely difficult and couldn't get it approved. You are trying to cover yourself by talking about a different topic to help your reputation, but the facts are you are NOT a good lender. During a system change, the old system brought over old account info.. when they went to process and automatic payment it tried to take from my old account, of course it bounced back and said the account was closed. I got a insane termination text message, (no phone call to enquire either) threatening to drop me if I didn't pay, I called in confusion and after 45mins of Gabby trying to figure out what happened she called back and told me that during the system change it brought over an old account on file, when I called back to pay she claimed it was due to "insufficient funds" and when I questioned that- she got irritated and got her manager on the phone. I have a detailed voicemail from Gabby explaining what happened and that it wasn't due to any type of insufficient funds. After trying to explain to both workers what I was told from her last time I called, I gave up and just said let's pay this and get it over with, since that's why I called. They then tried to charge me a $25 fee from the bank account being closed and sending the money back- how is that my fault? I tried to question why I had to pay for that, since it was an issue with their system but they refused to listen. I ultimately to get off the phone paid the $45 and will be finding a new company. Talk about frustrating! Do not suggest this place. Update: canceled my policy with this business.
