I got zero help from anyone except the receptionist at Russ Wimmer's office. The adjustor in Michigan answered the phone sometimes, and sometimes even returned my calls. I was lost, lost and lost. I put my faith and trust in Joanna Rufo of Swept Away and wound up paying over $11,000.00 while my deductible was $5,450.00? Didn't get a penny back in small claims court and didn't get much of an explanation from Russ Wimmer. Why am I still with State Farm?

During a system change, the old system brought over old account info.. when they went to process and automatic payment it tried to take from my old account, of course it bounced back and said the account was closed. I got a insane termination text message, (no phone call to enquire either) threatening to drop me if I didn't pay, I called in confusion and after 45mins of Gabby trying to figure out what happened she called back and told me that during the system change it brought over an old account on file, when I called back to pay she claimed it was due to "insufficient funds" and when I questioned that- she got irritated and got her manager on the phone. I have a detailed voicemail from Gabby explaining what happened and that it wasn't due to any type of insufficient funds. After trying to explain to both workers what I was told from her last time I called, I gave up and just said let's pay this and get it over with, since that's why I called. They then tried to charge me a $25 fee from the bank account being closed and sending the money back- how is that my fault? I tried to question why I had to pay for that, since it was an issue with their system but they refused to listen. I ultimately to get off the phone paid the $45 and will be finding a new company. Talk about frustrating! Do not suggest this place. Update: canceled my policy with this business.
