A Pipe failed and…read moresprayed inside our bathroom wall. $21k worth of damage. 5 weeks and 3 different adjusters later we have a verbal denial on the basis that it was a "slow leak". We have pics/videos uploaded to prove otherwise. Regardless of the denial, Throughout the entire process David Brown and the folks answering the phone in the office have just deflected blame to the adjusters. Very very poor communication. I was able to talk personally to David at the beginning then he stopped answering. We always thought we had great insurance, huge blind spot for us and lesson learned. If you are shopping I would stay away.
