Shelly gave everyone a tour of the farm and was so knowledgeable about the local plants and history. Nate introduced each of the six courses, all made with locally grown and raised ingredients. The food was fresh and flavorful, shout-out to Chef Mike. We ate and drank on the outdoor deck under the stars and ended with a bonfire in a repurposed buoy. Definitely an island treasure that is worth the trip into the rainforest.

An hour later, a man showed up with a cooler selling bottles of wine (6oz) for $10, for his homemade wine. It was terrible. By 10pm, we finally received our entree, and it was inedible.
