This bank has an ATM outside. Recently I withdrew cash on my debit card & it only dispenses $20…read morebills! I went inside to exchange the $20 bills for $50's or $100 and they claimed they could only exchange currency on $200 since I'm not a bank customer. I just paid their $2.50 transaction fee but they can't give me my cash in larger bills ?? That's really poor customer service!

I have an auto loan with them and they change and modify my auto loan contact at will. If BECU believes you owe them money they will just take it, add it to an existing loan, or fee you.
