The egg I. My "gourmet burger" was like a rubber ball. That was when I pointed it out. We did try to eat it. I couldn't eat it at all as it was all dry and clearly not freshly cooked. I spoke to the manager and gave her the egg but Julia didn't care and when I told her the waiter was aggressive she said "it's the first time she's been told that about him" if I was a smaller girl I could have felt very intimidated. They didn't care.she also said she didn't care about trip advisor reviews. Which means she doesn't care what customers think. In the end one of the other waiters knocked the burger off the bill (that was all I asked for, not to pay nothing or anything unreasonable" and the waiter was countering away in Italian still aggressively as he walked past.
