My boyfriend ordered the seafood au gratin which had mussels, shrimp and fish. There was a good amount of veggie on it as well. My meatballs were luscious. The lingonberry sauce was the perfect tart addition to the creamy dish. This is what they're talking about when they're talking about Swedish meatballs! Not only was this one hell of an experience, it's easily one of the best meals I've ever had. Started the evening with Mariestad, a local brewed lager in Stockholm, Sweden. The ribeye was remarkably crafted, cooked to a medium temp upon request. Seasoned and a well seared crust made every bite better than the last. Fried potatoes with parmesan and herbs were crispy, full of zest and down right delicious. Now the star of the show-- truffle stewed cabbage. Layered with flavor from the creamy base and hint of truffle. Contrasting textures from the slightly chewy cabbage and the crispy truffle slices makes it, unequivocally, the best side dish I've ever tasted.
