We called them up first thing on the Friday morning, drove straight to them and they taped up the window and cleared up the glass no problem. We didn't have time to order / get the pane installed but because it was a break in they didn't charge for their time / materials. Very kind of them and very much appreciated!!! I was unaware how the temperature on all season tires may result in unsafe driving conditions.
