Her work was great, when she actually worked and had the correct colors. The dark hair is one thing, but finding out that she spoke poorly of me really ruined the salon for me. I found another stylist. I will say the other girls in the salon seem professional, and their clients all seem happy. Ashleigh's not so much. I'm not a one time customer. I followed her from another salon. Lesson learned.

I explained to the stylist that I didn't have an appointment. She said she had one haircut ahead of me and it would be about 20 minutes. The vibe is totally cool. The stylist even went the extra mile to ask if I wanted a shampoo. I always want a shampoo after getting my haircut but most of the time I forget until I'm out the door. It was nice to have someone ask if I wanted one. I've back a few times and continue to tell people about getting their haircut there because the stylists are so cool.

Locks of Love is a non-profit that makes custom wigs for children who have lost their hair at no cost to them. I think the fact that Kim suggested it says something about her character. Now another of my ponytails is on it's way to Locks of Love. That being said Kim did a GREAT job of styling my hair. She took her time and paused occasionally to ask my wife and I for input.
