However, after checking the delivery address it's correct and even included the apartment number/letter ( I have screenshot) I don't want a gift card because most of the items purchased are sold out and I would just appreciate my package. It's en route back to the FashionNova facility & I am open to paying extra for shipping to send it back to me and even willing to drive to the facility if it's easier. I do not do a lot of online shopping for clothes. I prey the store. Long story short I spent over $200 went this business online. I returned the items way within the 30 day policy even paid for a label which UPS normally prints for free. To my surprise get an email telling me about a credit of ~$111 and some change. Wait, what I needed my money returned to its original payment. I asked for someone to call and no one had called yet. I just get an email about a return policy that was not clearly identified when I made my purchase. If I know their true policy I would have NEVER made the purchase with this company. It is a bad busy practice and really asking advantage of poor consumers. They are stealing peoples money. At least give people the option of a store credit . Giving a 1 because -0 is not an option. I placed an order, returned 3 of the items, was issued a gift card for $64. When I tried to use the gift card, it was disabled. I have written several emails to get it resolved, but have not been successful in getting a non-AI response. They asked for my gift card number, then order number, but to no avail. "They say" they only received 2 of the 3 items. If that is the case where is the balance??? I am out of $64. I asked for a contact number and was told one was not available "at this time". Based on these complaints, it was NEVER available. I wish i could give a 0. I have ordered many times, and have not had an issue. Recently I placed an order and paid the extra $19.99 for same day delivery, it never arrived. I contacted Fashion Nova, and they stated since the item had shipped, they could not offer a refund, but will look into refunding me the shipping. A day later they sent me an email with a link (that did not work) to start the refund process, because they could not locate the package. Then I got notification that they issued a store credit, only for the items, not the shipping. I reached out to them several times stating i did not want a store credit and they needed to refund the full amout to my original payment form. Due to the fact that I never received the items, that this is not a refund. Today, I decided I was done playing. I filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau, next will be with my CC company. I've been a loyal Fashion Nova customer for years, but after this recent experience, I'm seriously reconsidering ever ordering from them again. I placed an order (#169021666) expecting it to arrive within the promoted 1day time frame, but it was significantly delayed with little to no communication. When I reached out to customer service, all I got was a generic response telling me the package was "in transit" and that they couldn't cancel it--even though the delay was clearly on their end. To make matters worse, instead of offering a solution or taking any responsibility, they told me I'd have to wait for the package, then go through the return process if I didn't want the items anymore. So essentially, I'm being inconvenienced because they didn't deliver as promised. No accountability. No real customer care. Just copy-paste replies and zero urgency. It's incredibly disappointing to be treated like this after being a customer for so long. Fashion Nova used to be reliable, but lately the service has gone downhill. I placed my order 163776435 on August 5th 2025 and was guaranteed 2 day shipping which would be by August 7, 2025. That night I received an email that my package would be delayed and it gave me the option to cancel. I cancelled my order as I would be leaving town and the dress would be of no use to me on Friday. However, I receive an email the next morning from someone saying that it wasn't possible because it had been fulfilled. 2 hours later I received an email that a label was created and a few hours after that it was picked up by the carrier. Fashion Nova did not keep their word and are very condescending in our communications and kept advising that I can return it once I receive it and we all know they only give store credit. Which would be fine if this issue wasn't theirs. They knew my stuff would be delayed and didn't honor the option they provided to cancel. They later refunded my 2 day shipping amount but I also had to pay $5 to return it. It was an awful experience and confirmed why I don't do fast fashion because it's all a money grab. Very poor customer service, not at all satisfied and wouldn't recommend to anyone. read more

This is a review of my firsthand experience at this Fashion Nova. I was very dissatisfied with everything, the clothing, the customer service and the atmosphere in the store. The quality of the clothing is subpar, way below what I expected and normally get from stores like the Gap, American Eagle and Aeropostale. For what they charge, you'd think you'd be getting a high end item. But the shirts I purchased had poor quality printing, some of which were crooked and looked like factory seconds. Also, almost everything was ill sized, either too big, too small or too short. Just really odd cuts. I also wanted to mention how arduous and annoying the return process was. I brought in multiple new and unworn items in to return. The dour and unpleasant staff really went out of their way to nit pick everything about my return and in the end they unjustly tried to refuse it. After a 10 minute back and forth where they seemed to be busting my chops for no apparent reason, I had to ask for a manager to get the simple return done, which is mind blowing. Every other store I've ever bought clothes at has had a far simpler and much more sensible return process. I have to say, return aside, I found the staff to be terse and confrontational. Not just with me actually, but with other customers as well. It was very off-putting and made me not want to visit this business again. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Fashion Nova.
