I posted regarding my horrible experience with Fashion Nova. Basically they sent my package to a wrong address. An address that I didn't request my package to be delivered to. When I tried to explain to customer service, my complaint was ignored. They kept sending me emails saying the package was delivered. Of course it was delivered! Just not to my address. I was basically told "too bad". And I lost 135 dollars. I never received the package or a refund So now I get a message from the Business Manager stating: "The policies are outlined at the time of purchase ". I'd like to know where to find the policy that states an employee of this company can send my package to the wrong address and that it would be my fault, and I would have to eat the cost. I'm very disappointed with Fashion Nova. Their return policies are not clearly explained before checkout. Be careful--because not all items are eligible for a refund, and instead of returning the money to your account, they only issue store credit. Even then, when they receive your returns, it takes far too long to process. It's been almost a week since they received mine, and I still haven't gotten my store credit. On top of that, their customer service is nearly impossible to reach. The email address listed on their website is incorrect, and when you try to use the online chat, it just gives an error. There's no reliable way to get help or answers. Very disappointing experience overall--I won't be ordering from them again. read more

I mostly love Fashion Nova. They make a wonderful assortment of jeans for tall women. Two complaints though: (1) The zippers on their jeans are chronically defective. I am forever having to hold their jean zippers up with the keyring trick. I've probably bought 50 pairs of other brand jeans over the years and had to fix zippers once or twice, but 90% of my FN jeans require zipper fixes. (2) Their sizes are all over the place. I have a pair of FN 11s that are falling off my hips and a pair of 13s that are way too tight. I normally wear an 8-10 in most brands, but FN seems to think we all have hourglass shapes and tiny, pinched waists. If they ever fix this stuff, 5 stars for sure. read more
