We've been to a few title places in Naples. This place was…read morejust ok. The front desk clerk was very friendly. That's where it ended. The lady who was having us sign everything obviously either didn't like her job or was burnt out. She never introduced herself to us, never shook our hands or smiled. We were there for over an hour refinancing our house. They made a nice chunk of change off us, you would've thought they would've been happy. Instead of emailing us our thick stack of papers we signed like the last place, we were instead given two copies of each. Old school. The next time we close on a home or property, we will ask our banker to send us back to the previous place where we signed.

They called my husband November 12th to schedule the closing date to November 18th at 10am. They called our realtor an hour before closing to let him know that they did not make the packet for us to sign on closing day and knew about since 3pm the day before. This is ridiculous!! They didn't even bother to let us know when they found out at 3pm the day before. We have two completely different schedules and it has been a huge inconvenience to keep changing the dates and times and try to explain it to our employers! I am very disappointed with this company and never again will we use them! We have always made sure to give them anything and everything they needed as soon as they asked for it. The negligence was on their part 100%! I do not recommend using them at all!!!
