After opening the case, the customer service BLAMED me, asking that it is my responsibility to check IF THEY DID NOT MESS UP WITH SHIPPING, WITH THEIR ONLY JOB. So in the end they refuse me to return the tier and blamed me that it was my fault that they send a wrong tier )) It is the worst experience I have ever had with customer support of anything.
