I finally pretended I was looking for yacht storage and I got a call back within 24 hrs--- when I explained that I was merely trying to schedule my deal, he said he just got back from being out of the country for 6 weeks and that's why I couldn't reach him prior. He said he would still honor the deal even though it expired while he was away and I should just send an email with possible dates. Well, it's been another month and I haven't heard back. Living Social hasn't been much help so far, but I'm holding out hope for a refund. Bottom line: DO NOT PURCHASE ANY "DEALS" FOR EXECYACHT! I'm out $300!!

I found a living social deal for DEA charters and thought it was a good idea. Before I purchased the voucher I called DEA and spoke with Mr. David. He was very friendly and cordial on the phone and convinced me to make the purchase! On the day before my ride I received a reminder text regarding my ride for the following day. When we arrived Mr David greeted us along with his assistant! We were given an introduction and safety run down before we began our sunset ride. We were asked what drinks we would like- wine, beer, and snacks were included in our boat ride. The ride was so beautiful and we given a great tour of the Miami water area. We saw beautiful homes and Mr. David gave us a run down of the area ! The service was amazing and Mr David was so pleasant, friendly, and funny the whole ride --answering all our questions. His Assistant was sooooo friendly as well! She was so nice to my daughter and family and was accommodating to all our needs. Our boat ride was private which made the experience 20 times better! I booked the 45' Azimut Dream luxe and they messaged me two days before saying they were having…read moreissues with their generator. Fortunately, they said they were accommodating us and promised us a bigger boat at no additional charge which I was very grateful for. They even sent us pictures of the new boat which I can start off by saying it looked nothing like the pictures and was extremely old and beat up. The air conditioning was also in a very bad shape and overall the boat looked very dirty and worn down. If this was the replacement boat I can't imagine how our original boat looked like. We complained about the AC and they were nice enough to move us to another boat they had nearby which thankfully it was more spacious, but still overall also looked worn down and very old as well. Very disappointed because the pictures they sent me were misleading and look nothing like that in person. Probably will not be booking with them again.
