They use hot snow foam on your car and take good care not to scratch it. On bikes they pay attention to each bike and are careful what they do. In my case they didn't use snow foam as they were concerned about some of the metal finish, but the end result was that after being caught out in the rain the day before, my bike that was covered in muck left looking as clean as the day it left the showroom! I will be using them again and again for my bike, and they are conveniently located next to the ace cafe so you can even grab a bite to eat while you wait :)

I don't really have a huge problem paying upfront however we were rushed right through. I did not check the car before I left, but paid for a standard inside and out I think it was £16. The problem arose when I actually got home and get out and looked at the car that's when I realised they hadn't bothered to wash the underside of the alloys so literally just washed in one position and when the wheel was turned over it was completely dirty. They were also dirt streaks on the car where they actually had not washed it then I started looking inside the car, I realised that there was dirt all over, a really poor job cleaning. It was so bad I went back to the car wash within 20 minutes of leaving. I called over the manager (the man who takes your money) and showed him the shambles of a clean. I told him to get his guys over to clean the car properly. I asked if he did not take any pride in his work and how he can send out cars this dirty! I asked him who is responsible for checking the cars before they leave and he said he was. But of course he is too. Usy taking money and does not check the cars. After 15min micro managing the person who was asked to sort my dirty car out, pointing out all the missed bits the car was passable. However when i asked why they did not wipe the dirt marks on the dash and the door cills i was told they dont wipe plastic! Right so only go if you have full leather and like driving a dirty car with half clean alloys. Oh and his response to me telling him to take some pride in his work was "this is just a car wash mate" AVOID.
