They advertise low prices, but those prices don't include a pile of hidden fees. On top of that, if you don't trade a vehicle with them or finance through them, they tack on even more charges. Not exactly transparent. They also claim they "love all trades" and pay top dollar. Not true in my case. They already knew what I had, I showed it exactly as advertised, and still they dragged me through VINs, photos, and back-and-forth just to come back with excuses about the "slow market" and offer me way under value. Felt like a tactic just to wear me down. My sales rep was Chris White, and the whole approach was the classic good cop/bad cop routine with the sales manager. At one point I even got a text saying my offer was accepted, then ten minutes later they changed their mind and said it was revoked because another dealer wanted the truck at MSRP. That doesn't add up--dealers buy at invoice, not MSRP. Just felt dishonest. For a GMC dealer--which is supposed to represent a more premium GM brand--I expected some class. Instead, it was the same old "wham-bam" auction-style sales tactics. I'd avoid this dealership at all costs. They're not transparent and they're not trustworthy.

I'm from a different state and they gave me a really good trade in offer on my truck and made the whole deal seamless without any bs add on fees. I had an issue at my dmv (no fault to Estherville) and they were still nice enough to help me sort out the issue immediately even though I purchased the truck over 2 months beforehand. These Boji RV guys were wonderful! We had an RV accident at around midnight when we got to our…read morecampground at Lake Okoboji, Iowa. I left Boji RV a message and the very morning at 9am, they were at our camping spot ready to take on a huge job of our fifth wheel falling on top of our truck. Wedged into the bed of the truck and the legs completely broke off. What I thought was impossible, they got done in 30 minutes and only $64. I couldn't have asked for more helpful owners of a business to help. The guys were a huge blessing and you will be so glad if you need them for any RV services.

Rick Swalve "claimed" to have replaced the FUEL PUMP on my vehicle. A month later my car broke…read moredown, again. We took it to Iowa Lakes Community College Automotive department and were told that the FUEL PUMP was bad!! The mechanics at ILCC pulled off the fuel pump that Rick Swalve "supposedly replaced" and guess what??? It FUEL PUMP THAT ILCC PULLED OFF OF OUR CAR was OLD and BROKEN!!! Therefore, we paid Jim's Auto Repair/Wickman Auto Sales over $700.00 to replace a fuel pump and the work we paid for was never done. Save yourself from a huge headache! Find an honest, trustworthy mechanic elsewhere. Try ILCC Automotive department, Jason Jacobson is a great mechanic with a good reputation in the community.
