I had some stuff stuck up in corners I thought no way anyone can access, some crumbs, candy wrappers, stains on the ceiling (I have no idea how they got there), little sand in seat crevices - if you have kids, you know what I'm talking about. When I picked it up, it felt like a brand new car as if I just drove off from the dealership - shiny and sparkling on the outside, squeaky clean on the inside. It smelt nicely too. James was very professional and punctual. We've inspected the car before and after the service, he made sure I was happy with results. He went above and beyond what was required. I picked up a screw on the road, thought I'll have to change a tire, he explained that this puncture can be patched and made suggestions where this can be done at a low cost. I rarely write reviews, but this was such a great experience that I had to. I'm definitely coming back!
