I asked them to count down the register because I was absolutely sure I gave them a twenty-dollar bill because that was all I had in my wallet at the time. I even said that if I'm wrong I'll apologize. They began talking in a foreign language and ignoring me. I asked them 3 times to speak English and they refused. Finally, a man appeared who spoke English and I asked him if they spoke English. It was a yes or no question. I wanted to know why they wouldn't respond to me. This man ignored my question, so I asked again and he said "they are learning". I asked again for the register to be counted and again they ignored me. I wasn't there to steal, but I didn't want to be shorted on my change, either! I was asked to give my phone number in case they came up short. That was after asking them twice to count down the register and they wouldn't. They had two open registers so they could have continued to check out other customers while doing this. It was a very bad experience which was resolved by another employee who spoke English. I cannot recommend this business under it's current management.

I've been a regular customer since this location first openned. But not anymore. More often then…read morenot, they don't have what I stop there for. For the last ten years, I've spent at least $60/week(most weeks more). My experiences really started to go bad about 3 months ago(March 2017). I was pulling some very long hours at work and was getting to work about 1am. I needed cigarettes and sodas so I went to Fastbreak because they are supposedly open 24/7. I get there and there are 5 other customers waiting because the doors were locked but the night guy was there because his car was there. For the next 30 minutes we are banging on the door as more people show up and then get tired and leave. Finally, the night guy comes from the back of the store. Says he doesn't have to be open, says he's been doing inventory.....but from the way he looks...........more then likely he was sleeping. Jump ahead to this morning....6am.........been at my work place since 4:30.Head for Fastbreak to get some cigarettes and sodas. I grab my sodas, hit the checkout and none of my cigarettes. So, I tell the night guy not to bother with the sodas and I head out the door. In a loud voice he informs me that I need to put the sodas back in the cooler. When I tell him he can do it himself as I don't work there, he gets extremely irate and tells me I don't need to come back there again. So, I won't and would not recommend anyone else to either.
