I went to this horrid facility October 3, and have been trying to call them since. I was able to…read moreleave a message one time. The rest of the times I've called it rings and rings and then turns into what sounds like a fax line. I took my 2010 Audi A5 to this car wash on the evening of October 3,2017. Where you choose your package and and pay for your wash, it looked new and well done so I figured the car wash had to be half decent. So I pay for the 12 ultimate wash. I pull in when it tells me to. I stop when it tells me to. It starts spraying foam from the back side of the car. It gets to the front of the car, and I believe it hit my front bumper. The thing then stops. Starts beeping at me and telling me to stop. When I wasn't moving my car. Then it tells me to pull forward. With half of my car covered in soap. I drove around and tried to sit back in the wash to see if it would reset. Not the case. I called the listed number and there was no answer. I left a message. Never heard anything back from that. I went to the other wash and chose the least expensive package of $7 just to get the drying foam off of my car. I then tried to call back and it rings and then beeps in my ear. I am extremely disappointed in this service and will be telling others to not use it as well. I believe I am due a refund for BOTH of these transactions. If I can ever get ahold of anyone?!! I am extremely disappointed in the service of this car wash. And will not be back. And I also will not recommend your facility to anyone unless they want to lose money.

I just had the worst customer satisfaction experience EVER at Blue Team Hand Car Wash…read more I was promised a free interior cleaning because your team missed cleaning the rear inside of my car. When I spoke to a representative earlier in the week, he confirmed that they would indeed clean the interior for free. When I showed up this morning the manager on duty stated "good luck with that!" and further stated there was no way that he was going to give me a free cleaning and was downright rude. He would not discuss it, cut me off, and sent me off. When I asked for his name, he refused to give it to me. Just absolutely hated this very rude and unprofessional exchange. Tom Griffiths

I had my Ford F150 detailed at Team Blue. The detail was exterior and interior detailing and with…read moretax and tip it cost $327.54. While I was satisfied with the interior, other that having the cloth seats still soaking wet when I sat down, the exterior detailing was NOT to my expectations; in fact, it was unsatisfactory!!! The exterior detailing was supposed to include Clay Bar process applied to the exterior and waxing of the entire vehicle. I have experience doing the process having done so on a car. The purpose of the process is to remove deeply embedded contaminants, such as industrial fallout, brake dust, and road grit, that a regular car wash can't remove, resulting in a smooth, contamination-free paint finish. If done, the process did not achieve the stated purpose. Small dark spots and pine sap remained on the hood, side panel, and tailgate. And, although minor issue, a dried pine sap remained on the windshield which was easily removed when pointed out to the staff. When I pointed out the dark spots and pine sap a staff member removed the dried pine sap from the windshield and attempted to remove the spots and pine sap from the paint. He used a spray and a cloth in failed attempts to remove issues I pointed out. His response it that they didn't have the ability to use anything stronger on the paint. Here's a news flash! All they need to do is go to the CVS store right next to Team Blue and purchase some basic Isopropyl Alcohol and use a microfiber rage to dissolve the pine sap and black spots; it took me 15 minutes to remove every spot and pine sap dropping on the truck. Disappointed and NOT satisfied with Team Blue's service & question if I should ever go back for any service!!!

I can't say enough good things about this car wash, but I'll give you the main ones…read more 1. The cost is very reasonable, compared to other car washes, I always spend more if I'm going somewhere else. 2. They have everything you could possibly need to get your car clean and even dry with an actual dryer that works and gets the job done. 3. The foam brush gets so soapy and no bristles fall off while you're using it either! 4. Their vacuums are actually worth the money you put into them, I've noticed a lot of places are charging two dollars to vacuum your car out and it's a crappy vacuum at that and you barely get any time to use it. 5. I have never used any of the equipment and had an issue with no soap coming out, I can't stand when I go to do high pressure soap and have no soap, or the tire cleaner at most places is a joke. 6. After my car is clean, even while I'm cleaning it, I can see the protective coding or the foam conditioner, actually doing its job and my car is easier to wash the next time I need to clean it after I use the phone conditioner and let it sit on my car for a little bit, and then rinse it off and do the clear protection before the spot free rinse. plus it's protecting my paint. I'm not sure why there are any reviews against the place unless it used to be a dump or something, I always see someone there working going around and picking up the trash or fixing things that need to be fixed. There are even garage doors that you can close when it's windy so you're not getting soaked flying in your face or water. I have bought the tokens before there, I paid $20 and I believe I got two dollars extra when I did that and since I moved, I still use this car wash when I go up this way. If you want your car clean and you want everything to work when you put your money in, because I know that is the first most irritating thing about a lot of car washes is they take your money and then they don't work, or you go through all the work of getting quarters putting them in and then there's no soap in the spray and all you have is usually a number that doesn't work when you need to get a hold of the manager or owner if they're even is one that is active. Do you want a clean car? THEN I SUGGEST GOING HERE I PROMISE YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! And if you are, I'm sure the guy that's working there will fix whatever issue you may have. Happy car cleaning in these winter months and remember getting that salt off your car is crucial! Don't forget to spray underneath it and I hope everyone has a very merry Christmas and a happy new year!

The auto wash does an adequate job. Not perfect or even really that good. I continue to use this car wash, though, as it has great payment options for the auto washes. You can pay cash, coin, or card for auto. It also has a dryer for the more premium wash.
