Graphic Logo Creation - My review is quite late, and I apologize for it. This location is the BEST! - They helped me create a logo for the church. I came in with a design and very specific colors. They were able to make my design better and came up with the colors I requested. Every staff member was very pleasant and helpful. The cost was very reasonable. They were very patient with me. I met Jeff at a Maple Shade event, and contacted him afterwards for information on an outdoor sign for a business building. Jeff was knowledgeable and very responsive. After talking on the phone with him, he quickly made time to come out and see where I wanted to put a sign. Jeff was able to walk us through the process and provided the most competitive pricing. He then worked with his design team to make a mock up of the sign which we were able to review and edit. We had Arizona Designs do several things to our 1995 F350 that we are restoring. We had decals put on that we had bought before coming here. We also had them tint the back passenger windows (they had been previous tinted, but the "tint" was peeling off) and they did our rear cab window with a photo we picked out. All applications turned out good. The decals are probably the least of the three things we had done. There are still small bubbles in the decals, which could be attributed to many things, but the decal does look good. The tint wasn't bad, but they didn't clean the glass and remove all the old tint residue before applying the new. I'm most pleased with the rear cab window. They did "touch" up the photo with some color so when it was printed and applied, it really looked nice. Overall, I am satisfied with what Arizona Designs did to our truck. Would I take another vehicle there - SURE. Did I get my money's worth - YOU Bet! read more

I had gotten my windows tinted senior year of HS for a birthday gift. The tint looked sub-par initially but I was thrilled to have a license and be driving so I just accepted it. The tint had bubbled 1.5 years after installation but I had no time to get in to see Jeff Chudoff because of school out of state. I finally moved back home and put a call into him trying to see if he would honor my lifetime warranty, I even had the receipt and all. He did not return my 2 calls and I tried again several weeks later and his son said he was out of state. I finally got a hold of Jeff and he kept saying to me "service after the sale". He spoke of how many tint shops do not honor their lifetime warranties on the tint and he was not one of those companies. He said for me to send him images of the receipt and he would order some tint in and be in touch so I could come in. I cannot stress enough how many times he said service after the sale. I thought to myself hanging up wow, this is great. 'll get my tint fixed and it will be fine. Boy was I wrong. Jeff did not even ever call me back and I attempted then again to call. Finally I just showed up one day receipt in hand and he acted as if he had no idea of anything we had spoken about. I agreed to come back the next day and drop my car after hours and leave my keys in his "drop box with a false bottom". His drop box is the mailbox right in front of the door with a piece of thin plastic that does not even fit the bottom of the mailbox. Needless to say I was anxious leaving my car and keys in the mailbox on Route 73, 15 minutes from Camden. I picked my car up the next night was was appalled at what I saw. Jeff's "expert" scrapped about 70% of my defrost grid off my back windshield, left old tint strips and glue/glue removal puddles all across my backseat and exterior of my car somehow!!! I called him the next day and he said that is not possible. His guy has been working there for 25 years. I asked him if he looked at the car before it left or after it was "fixed". He answered no he had not. I asked him what could be done about this because my defrost did not work at all anymore. Not one of the 28 defrost gridlines was intact or worked!!! I said it had looked as if someone used a razor blade and he said they do not use them there. I then told him I found a razor blade of his in my door panel and he changed his story that that was only used on the side windows without the grid. I asked him what were to happen if I get into an accident because I cannot see out my rearview mirror because the window would not defrost and he said he would not entertain that and hung up on me. At no point did he say there were any risks associated with this removal and assured me he would make it right. I would have taken it to another place and had it professionally done and repaid rather then have to replace my entire back windshield and now still have to have it re-tinted. Jeff Chudoff talks a lot and says what any person would love to hear but has not delivered even since day one. TAKE YOUR MONEY TO A PROFESSIONAL AND DO NOT GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID!!!!! I will be filing with the BBB shortly. Also when researching his company search Arizona Glass Tinting too because he has terrible reviews under a few different names, not just bad reviews under Arizona Designs!!! read more
