Great service at a great price with a great attitude. My laptop was running slow and kept saying it didn't have any more room anytime I tried to save or download anything and would only let me open up one web browser tab at a time or else it would freeze up...They tuned up my laptop, it runs way faster and also upgraded my memory. They also installed an antivirus program that by far has been the best antivirus protection I've ever had on all my computers throughout my entire life. I came back to them a second time when I was ready to get a new laptop for school. I'm computer illiterate when it comes to knowing what to look for when buying a new laptop and Steven helped me with all of that. happened on Fast tech after shopping at the big box stores for a laptop, and am really glad that I did. They were far more knowledgeable that the staff at the other stores, and fixed me up with the right computer for me. They didn't try to upsell me, which would have been easy since I know next to nothing about computers. Don't waste your time. The guy is a fast talking moron. Took my PC in to get checked for a blue screen crash. The guy never even bench tested it. All he did was pull the side cover and criticize my components and tell my system was outdated and not worth fixing. Very poor attitude, didn't act as if he was interested in helping me. I have had to have my computer fixed a number of times as it is going on ten years old, these guys have fixed it each time by isolating the problem and replacing the defective part. They have worked as fast as possible and return the same day if the part they need is in stock. If not they order it and fix as soon as it gets in. They even check it over and make it run faster if possible. read more

i truly wish i could give them a 5 but after almost 2 weeks, windows live mail still only receives and i have to use comcast to send. it is faster which is nice. sent email msg. to them but no reply, usually can't reach them by telephone and they don't accept msgs. what can one expect for $99.00. have to prepay so there's no incentive for them to do it "fast" as their name implies. read more
