He was very helpful, friendly, and had great advice. He is clearly a photography enthusiast and really helped me get the best stuff for my needs. A nice female employee even gift wrapped the camera for free. The most important thing people should know is that they are part of a buying group of independent retailers and their prices are very competitive. Actually my camera and lens were 6 cents cheaper than anything I could find online. I will certainly be a customer of theirs from now on.

We stopped in today without an appointment to look at grad dresses. They were busy but the shop…read moreowner greeted us warmly and let us know that she would have time in 30 Minutes even though we didn't have an appointment. My daughter had a specific dress in mind and we were given some advice on which racks to look at. We tagged the dresses and she immediately took them off the floor so that no one else would be looking at them. We left and came back in a half hour and she apologized for the wait. The store has a no photo policy and she explained that she wanted the girls to find their love for a dress without the pressure of social media because girls should not see themselves through the lenses of others." The first dress was nice but not quite right. The owner was very attentive and let my daughter take the lead on what was good and/or not so good. The second dress came closer to what she was looking for. When she came out in the third dress, her smile lit up the whole room. The owner smiled as we had a mother/daughter moment and respectfully gave us some space to enjoy the excitement together. She then was back gushing over her as if she was her own daughter. We had been to a few other stores together and she had been to a few more on her own and we both agreed that Judi's was by far the best service and experience. You can tell that there is pride in this store for customer service. Thanks for helping her "say yes to the dress!"

There was a great selection of dresses and they asked me what I was looking for and helped me pick a few out that I wasn't sure of and ending up loving. There is a no picture rule but it was so nice to just have no social media pressure and really choose the dress that I loved. I highly recommend this store for anyone who's feeling overwhelmed at other places with such high pressure sales and wanting you to buy something from them and right away or just to try some nice dresses!
