We have had this company do a near complete renovation which began in 2022. Amazingly, it's still…read morenot complete to our satisfaction but the company owners refuse to fix outstanding issues. The design team is great and we greatly appreciate them for their innovative ideas. However, their time estimation for completion is way off. The majority owner makes any number of excuses and then simply stops responding. Honestly, if you have any other options with other renovation company, I'd seriously consider NOT using this one. One significant problem is that because they don't include high end appliances directly through their business, they take no responsibility for coordinating major appliance install, even if the appliance company says they will not put the decorative panels on. It leaves the homeowner completely unprotected. I suggest finding a renovation company that agrees to manage all pieces of the specified job!
