I cannot even attempt to give even half a star. We have had nothing but problems with our home since day one. The set up crew did a horrible job. They hung out screen door upside down and our shower door had the towel hanger inside. Crown molding was a damn nightmare. We have paint splatters all over our carpet from them not masking off. Our walls sweat with any type of moisture. It's a big issue of possible mold. They did not properly plug the roof vents so we had leakage which damaged our ceilings. Trying to get someone to fix it is nearly impossible. They will screw you around until your warranty is up so they don't have to repair anything. Not happening here. We have documented every single issue since day one and will pursue court proceedings if they continue to blow us off. They were great until we wrote the check for the home. After that, they don't give a damn. I do not recommend using this company. The lack of follow through and fulfilling promises is ridiculous. They don't give a shit. The purchase of a new home is supposed to be an amazing, memorable experience. Nothing amazing here. Memorable for sure but not in a good way. read more
