Now they have started charging $0.30 up charge per gallon which is $6.00 for 20 gallons. They penalize you for not entering the store and waiting inline while customers ahead of you take forever to redeem stacks of lottery tickets and then try to decide which new tickets they want to purchase. I would rather drive to Murphy's or Chevron @57. No longer going to be a customer of this store.

Honestly, they don't have any gas stations off highway 90 in the city of Gulfport until you get to Long Beach. They a good bit as you go further into town but not on the beach. They use to before. So nice to have one in the area add to the beach front. It's pretty big and offers many options besides just gas. You are welcome to a friendly staff. I noticed they offer many options for food and drinks. They have a small selection of beach necessities at the moment. They sell fresh bags of ice and propane tanks in the front. They offer of course, you traditional beer, grab and go drinks. Light snacks, chips, and etc. they also offer boiled peanuts ; which I rarely see in a gas station. Usually you see random people selling them off the road. They have a good drink/soda station. You decide what you want and how big of a cup. They offer a small selection of quick eats (sandwiches), frozen drinks, ice cream, and hot coffee. I believe the lobby is 24/7. They do have a restroom for customers only. Please let me know if I am mistaken. They do offer a rotating selection of fresh fried foods that are cooked daily. They differ from the time of day you go in. When the weather permits, they do have a small front outdoor patio. They do have a liquor store next door if that is your preference. No hard liquor though on Sundays as I believe. Usually close as most stores are. Drink responsibly. I am not sure about security. However, when I went, Biloxi police presence was there to get gas and pick up a few good eats. Overall, it is a great location. On the corner of Debuys and Highway 90. They definitely needed it. Only downside, is the traffic light trying to get there. Cannot turn right on red light. No fault on them. Definitely a recommendation for you if you are in the area.

Whether that's a good thing or not will be for you to decide. First I would like to begin with a review of Dolly's as it exists now. Then, if I haven't lost you, I will share a story from the good ole days. Dolly's is a large gas station/convenience store/prepared food place in beautiful Kiln, MS. If you happen to be traveling down Hwy 603, this is one of the best places to stop for food, fuel and beer. The pumps are easy to enter, fuel and exit. All grades of fuel, and diesel are available. Inside is where things get interesting. Dolly's has a reasonably good selection of food items as well as household goods. If you are camping, or live nearby, this would be where you should stop for late night supply runs rather than driving all the way to Bay St. Louis. In addition to those items, you will find a large selection of beer, primarily domestics, but it is plentiful and perfect for the long road trip to your honeymoon (more on that later). The prepared food items are similar to many roadside stations in this part of the country. The potato logs are basically a large baking potato quartered and "chicken" fried. Three logs for a $1 is one hell of a deal. Add some ketchup and you will thank me later. The pizza stick was also quite the bargain, but lest tasty. It was basically pizza rolls joined together into a stick by some sort of food voodoo magic. The last, and possibly the most important thing about Dolly's is that they allow smoking. That's right, smoking inside of a gas station where food is prepared. I know what you're thinking. It's 2014 and smoking is known to cause cancer, burns and other various issues, but this is America. This is the land of the free and the home of the brave. Dolly's for goes these pansy ass liberal views and lets you smoke as much as humanly possible. Hell Yeah! Merica! OK. If I didn't lose you I will try and tell a story from the old days. I was about 19 and some buddies and I were headed to Dolly's for potato logs. As we arrived we were greeted by a jovial fellow who informed us that his truck had killed a couple miles back and he asked for our help. Being the helpful group we were, we offered our assistance. The ride back to the guy's truck was unique. Imagine three dudes crammed in the back of a 74 Nova and me and the guy up front. He had quite the way with words when he asked me: "ever had a piece of steel in your eye?". He explained that he had and that it was no fun. Apparently he built chicken coops for a living and it was quite the occupational hazard. He told us that he always traveled with at least a six pack of beer, but this was his honeymoon weekend so he had a 12 pack back at his truck. He told us that we would each get a beer if we helped him get his truck started. Once we arrived back at his truck we gave him a push and off he went. He did stop back at Dolly's and give us those beers. Straight from a Natural Light 12 pack too. Apparently that's the only way to go when you've just gotten married. So what does this story have to do with Dolly's? Not much, but it explains why I will always have a soft spot in my heart for this gas station. The end.

Locally, this is a new player to the scene. They have many locations across the country. In my experience, I have always had a great experience with them. Please refer to the website for other services and locations. I did not know they have another location off Canal Road? Please let me know if I am forgetting one. They are more than just a gas station. They do offer a small kitchen that cooks delicious fresh food for the early morning to evening. If you miss out on the fresh menu options. They do offer other options. Not just your typical road trip snacks. Cold beer, drink responsibly. Hot and Iced coffee. Lottery ticket machine. Sodas, slushy, smoothies fountain, and etc. they have fresh made doughnuts of course. They do offer few tables in front. A nice place to relax and enjoy your meal when the weather permits. For a full gas station they are 24/7. They made it convenient for people when they added a traffic light. A little less challenging when making a left turn. They offer restrooms for paying customers and free air to fill your tires. They do not have an air gauge attached to it. If you need one, they offer one for sale in the store if needed. They do not have a dedicated security guard. However, Gulfport police patrol a lot. They have a big presence in the area. Another welcome sign to the Gulfport community.
