I was awake during my procedure, so when I got nervous, he would talk to me, and that helped me stay calm and relaxed. I felt no pain; I thought he was marking my skin with a pen when he was cutting. I'll add an after photo once I heal. The staff was also great. His surgical Tech Deondre and the man with ginger hair made me feel safe before my procedure started by answering my many questions. My mom was very nervous, so they called her to inform her once the procedure began. We are both delighted I chose to do it with Dr. Lars as opposed to a doctor in the Bay Area. I got a far better price and treatment plan. I do plan to do all my future procedures at this office. The team went above and beyond. Also, they are taking great precautions for COVID-19.

What was most concerning was not just the policy itself, but how it was handled: - No prior notice of the change - Being told only after check-in - No accommodation offered, even for a long-time patient in good standing I later confirmed this is a corporate policy and no exceptions are made. I purchased the 1 year lip filler membership which costs around $1,200-1,300 for 3 syringes for a year. I started off first doing 1/2 a syringe then working my way up since it was my first time and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I get 1/2 a syringe or a full syringe after, i'm always left with bumps even after 2 weeks of waiting for it to be healed. It became extremely annoying and inconvenient to get injected, wait 2 weeks then come back to get the bumps inside my lips dissolved. I have driven to this place 4 times to get injected and 4 additional times after every 2-3 weeks to get bumps inside my lips dissolved. If you do your research and go to a better place, you don't go get your bumps dissolved after every injection... I am extremely disappointed in this place because now I have fucked up lips and now I have to go and pay somewhere else to get them dissolved completely and RESTART. So anyone who is looking to get lip fillers, save your money and go somewhere else that has 5 star review because dropping $600 on 1 syringe isn't worth it at this place just to get bumps dissolved everytime and uneven lips. I have attached photos of my lips currently after 3 syringes. My last syringe was 3/19/2020. You can definitely see the dent on the left side because the NP overshot way too much in the middle and right side. I am not going to attach bumps inside my lips but I currently have 5 inside my mouth.
