However, I needed a screen for the front this time with a doggy door. The door was ready in double quick time, in fact we weren't ready. The guy came to put it in and the builder said could he come back the next day, they just had to finalise some render. The guy from EHI called his office and rearranged his schedule so he could come back. Most companies you go back on the end of the list again, EHI were great.
