Don't bother buying from their website. A few other reviews said the same thing, the order got "cancelled" due to suspected fraud through a 3rd party. I checked out using the Shop App, which I use frequently. Decided to give them a chance when they were running a promo sale, so ordered some Asics Gel Kayano 14s. They didn't even notify me the order was cancelled. I had to email them a week later for an update, and they said to try checking out next time using PayPal. Well, no thanks, there won't be a next time, either online or in store at the Wynn Plaza shops. I guess it happens frequently enough they actually have an FAQ about this exact issue on their website. Not sure why this location gets so much hate on Yelp -- we stopped in and had a surprisingly enjoyable visit. Some of the featured items were pretty unique and fun to check out, even for an old guy like me. Can't speak to the quality since we weren't inspecting things too closely, but the designs definitely caught our eye. A staff member actually asked if we needed anything, which isn't always the case with newer retail brands, so that was a nice touch. They have yet to refund me for the order and when I asked for clarity on why this happened and for maybe some compensation their customer support staff went ghost. If sneaker culture and high-end cool apparel if your thing, visit a Feature store while in Las Vegas. This location is located in Wynn Resort, on the second floor of the Wynn Esplanade, next to Soul Cycle. I find myself at the Urth Cafe that is located about 50 feet away from this Feature store regularly and then by default I always pop in. 90% of the time, I don't make a purchase, but I love going in and seeing all things edgy, current, street gear, not to mention their incredible and incredibly well lit shoe walls in the back of the store, all while cool music pumps in the air. I did buy a Comme des Garcons neon bright wallet I have had my eye on for awhile today though. I love it! Although it set me back a few Benjamins, I find it a worthy purchase and like that I was able to find it at Feature. Every time I am in this store, the staff are always nice, accommodating and asking if I need assistance. They are easy to talk to and approachable, which I note. This store has more accessories like wallets, sunglasses, sneakers, art books, headwear, and Be@ubrick Bears than clothing (the original Feature location in Chinatown Las Vegas has probably five times the amount of clothing), this would be the only reason I give it a 4 star vs a 5 star. Compared to the original location in Chinatown, this space is small. But with that, and if a tourist who has never been to a Feature (the other two locations outside LV are in CA and AZ), it is a worthy stop as you might be buzzing around the Wynn....or stumbling out of the Encore Beach Club. read more

Features raffle system and customer service have to be the worst in the business. I entered their raffle for a pair of foamposites about a month ago, they removed the raffle from their site without any correspondence as to why. Randomly the raffle went back up a week or so later so I entered again thinking the first raffle I entered was no longer valid (again there was no communication as to what or why it happened). apparently, they dropped the sneaker this morning and i was charged twice for two separate orders. i contacted Feature right away to question the double order, they put 100% of the blame on me and said there's nothing they can do and then never responded to my response with more questions. In my month long journey dealing with FEATURE , the only thing I've seen from them is the behavior of scam artist and unethical business practice. If you just read a couple reviews you will see that they have terrible customer service. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and I disregarded the bad ones. Believe them though. The people writing good reviews probably work for them. Ordered shoes a couple weeks ago , no signs of the shoes or a refund. Customer service is from an email that takes days to answer. The refund policy says you can only get store credit so they are essentially forcing you to be trapped in their terrible ecosystem of products and service. Fresh clothes, terrible customer service. I ordered shirts from 2 different vendors, one being Feature. I didn't like the way the shirts felt and looked from either vendor and planned to return everything. I accidentally returned the wrong shirts to Feature from the other vendor. Feature reached out and let me know about my mistake and that it would be $13 to ship the items back. All good, I made the mistake, I'll pay the shipping. They only sent 2 of the 3 shirts back to me. I reached out and let them know as soon as I opened the package, and they replied they "distinctly remember" only receiving 2 items... Their word vs mine , I take the L. Mind you it took them 7 days to ship my items from when I paid $13 return label. In fact I had to reach out to them for an update which they replied (paraphrasing) "it's in the final shipping stages and you should receive an update soon" aka "they forgot", because I got the details the next morning. Go figure... But when I ordered a new shirt (because they don't do cash refunds, only store credit) that shipped the next day. Never again. My advice, Just order whatever you're looking for directly from the vendor. It's not like Feature is discounting any of the products. The $100 BAPE shirts they sell, are also $100 on the BAPE website... cut these clowns out of the equation and save yourself the headache. My order was returned to sender due to their error and it was intended to be a Christmas gift. They refused to refund me and I had to send over a dozen emails just to get a response from their customer service team. The emails were rude, cold, and unforgiving. Entered a draw on a sneaker release. Entered once, about an hour or two before the draw closed. Got two notifications within a minute of each other telling me I had won twice. I immediately reached out to their customer service email & was told I entered twice but refused to provide proof. I asked them to please cancel the duplicate order & was ignored. They shipped out the first pair of shoes 2 days later, so I wrote them again asking them to cancel the duplicate order. An hour later, I got a shipping notification & 4 hours later they responded saying they could not cancel the order because it had already shipped. They agreed to do a return once I received the duplicate pair. Once I received the duplicate pair, they took 2 emails to finally respond but will now only do store credit & will charge me for the shipping label back to them. Dirty business from a place that Nike allows to do in-demand sneaker drops. They are known for doing this as I'm finding out. I am genuinely disappointed in how they handled an order I placed 6 days ago. I used the link they provided through Instagram to purchase an Ice Cream jacket via BBC's spring drop II. I immediately received an email. Informing my order and patiently awaited the shipment details. Well, six days later (today) those never came; however, I got a message saying my order was cancelled because my item was as our of stock. This company is shady as hell! I put in a raffle for a hat and they double charged me. I let them know they double charged me when I saw that the charge went through. They told me I was wrong and I put in two raffles for the exact same hat and size. I told them I did not and they ignored me and shipped my item the next day anyways and when I asked why they didn't cancel they said all sales final and ignored me again when I asked to return the extra hat. Recently received an online order for a Feature branded hoodie that didn't fit. Tried to exchange for a smaller size at this location. Was told I am not able to make an exchange and had to go through customer service through their online support. Would have to pay for shipping to return the item and receive store credit if the return was approved. Received an email the next day. Return wasn't approved. Don't understand why it's so hard to make a simple size exchange for the exact same hoodie. A Feature branded hoodie. The hoodie literally says FEATURE across the chest and they wouldn't accept an exchange. Tried to support a local Vegas business by wearing their brand and get no love back. SMH.
