However there were issues with gutter removal, scheduling, invoicing and initial installation errors. It was a very challenging experience. In the end, Ryan did a great job with the final installation, but it required multiple trips to address the errors with the initial installation. Please also make note that the company may charge a 3% surcharge for "material, waste, fuel", which appeared without warning on the final invoice. I really don't like providing negative reviews, but given the numerous issues described, needed to highlight these concerns. I would give bob and ryan high marks overall, but given the other issues, I think a rating in the middle is fair.

Job was done well at a reasonable cost. I would recommend Lucke there for any of your gutter jobs.read more

I called Tristar for a quote on roof cleaning. The gentleman said he was busy with another…read morecustomer and would call back...never did. I called again a couple days later. He didn't visit my house but rather used Google maps. He wouldn't take the job, and said my roof was too steep. Had he gone out to the site, he would have realized the steep parts are only about 6' long and easily accessible from the very gently sloping parts. I didn't use Tristar, so I can't comment on their actual work or prices. I went to youtube and learned how to do this myself with some DIY spray.
