They were both delicious, but I have to say that they did not meet my expectations. Maybe I had to high of an expectation you might say and you might be right. Anyway, the torta Enrico is a sweet pastry crust (pasta frolla) filled with dark chocolate and pears. The crust is really good, but overall it didn't deliver the amazing experience i was expecting. It was just really good. Same thing for the Zurich Torte, a sweet pastry crust filled with baked pastry cream and apples, very very good, but not sublime as i was hoping. Anyway, this is a classic pasticceria in Milan that delivers very high quality desserts and pasticcini, you can't go wrong with it.

In the middle layer there is more pistachio but the flavor is just lost since there's so much white chocolate. Tart base is decent, lemon sable (seems like) I would probably be back just to try a couple more desserts but I am not getting my hopes up too high.
