Now mind you, I know they don't accept walk ins but I just wanted to make an appointment since I was nearby and had cash to make the deposit. No one spoke to me,like AT ALL. The girl at front desk that stepped away just continued to talk to other staff and never walked back over to speak to me. I waited around for a bit without so much as an acknowledgement, hello, etc just nothing as if I was invisible. Decided to look them up and I saw the artist that did my prior piece is no longer there. So although I absolutely loved my prior tattoo and the service, the people there now could use a lesson in customer service. I ended up leaving after being blatantly ignored.
