i buy a lot of online stuff and every time it goes to fed ex i cringe. i know it wont get here on day scheduled. it goes to tracy ca and sits there. then they have a tracking it will be here today by end of day. bs never happens it sits in a truck til someone has to look for it. i call constantly and it isnt just ground any service hits tracy ca and way late. i just bought a rug from walmart the tracking said it would be here yesterday and it nows says potentially delayed no scheduled delivery date at this time. they should have put it on a truck for delivery today it is their fault it didnt arrive yesterday. sellers please dont use this horrible service. it as been this way long before covid so that excuse is invalid. poor management and rude management read more

If I could I would give it a no star. Poor customer service. Passed around through different reps and management that can't even help. They yell and get aggressive with you during the call. Reps accusing us of claiming things but the previous rep tell us one thing and next rep tells us another. What's the point of having conversation notes on the account when they don't even record the conversation accurately? I told them to refer back to the recorded line and they refuse. Have an appointment to pick up? Don't bother! It's a lie. They say call the number? Don't. They don't even pick up. Paid expedited shipping only for it to be delayed 1 week. It's an essential item and we told them but nope! Who cares. If you are gong to be late in delivery just be honest with your customers and quit lying and making false promises. Wow, I see I'm not alone in having issues with FedEx. I've had a package sitting there at the Tracy Distribution Center for four days now. The Indian dude I spoke to on their customer service line said they get complaints about stuff being delayed/lost at that place all day long. But another package shipped using them endured a worse fate recently. The package was sent from L.A., reached the Tracy Distribution Center, and then maybe because they thought it would be fun, they sent it to South Carolina, where it sat for a week. It took several attempts to get a hold of customer service at the time, which put out a trace on it. I finally had that package two days later. But as for the current package, which contains a couple small parts I need to get my Jeep fixed, they told me to 'just be patient'. I might drive down there in a day or two...There's a Rubio's nearby. They have good burritos, so the trip couldn't be wasted completely. read more

0 stars... Like others that have posted, I have a package at the FedEx facility in Tracy that's been there since Aug. 26. I called and complained, talked to a supervisor. She said they'll put a trace on my package. Their service is totally unacceptable, and I told her that, plus the fact that I'm filing a complaint with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and the CA state Consumer Complaint Dept. I encourage others to do the same. I've filed complaints with the Consumer Complaint Dept. before and they've acted. Recently I saw a facility on the local news that had a huge amount of packages sitting outside in the hot sun for several days. Many products ruined. I hope that it wasn't this facility. If it was, I'll probably never get my package--special shoes for work. Totally unacceptable, unsatisfactory business service. I can't believe that Shar C's frozen cake sat for days at their warehouse!! What kind of ethical business practice is that??! Read some of the other postings. Unbelievably bad service. Five days, sitting in Tracy, then my package was handed off to a contract service who posted that they delivered it at midnight Sunday night to my home. Nope. Didn't happen. Later in the day, an unmarked beat-up station wagon drove to my house and the driver hurried up to the porch and threw the package toward the door. This is probably as good as Fedex gets, eh? I can't express how much I hate fedex. I've been waiting on my package since 7/9 (it's now 8/20). The package was coming from 6 hours away drive time. Every time I call someone makes up a new story. Ive had 4 estimated delivery dates. Never got a package. In another week I'll be filing a cc dispute with Costco. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE AND NEVER USE COSTCO BECAUSE THEY DO AND THEY DONT CARE EITHER. They offered to send a replacement to arrive in 3-4 weeks after spending a total of 12 on the phone trying to clear this up. Just a heads up. read more

I placed an order with Wrangler Jeans, in El Paso, TX. They shipped the package on 07/14/2020. The package got to Tracy, CA and sat there for 5 days, then suddenly it was in Chicago, IL. That package then started a slow journey back to California, covering a few hundred miles a day. On 07/30/2020, the package was in Sacramento, CA and had been for several days and I told Wrangler Jeans to cancel the order because I never got the package in 16 days of shipping and it was only suppose take only three days. FedEx took the package in Sacramento, CA on a Saturday morning and returned it to Wrangler Jeans, in El Paso, TX on Monday morning! In 16 days they couldn't deliver that package to me in Santa Rosa, CA, but they were able to get that package back to El Paso, TX in two days over a weekend! DON' SHIP ANYTHING WITH FEDEX! read more

There 800 number put in a request to the Tracy facility and 3 days later we still have not heard anything. We are told we can not pick it up either. After numerous calls to Fed Ex I was finally able to reach the distribution center in Tracy and a very rude customer representative said that they would do nothing about it because they show that is was already delivered. I have since began to call all of my vendors and tell them to no longer send anything to me via Fed EX! Package arrived to Tracy CA location from seller on 9/11/2020. Still "pending" with no "delivery date scheduled". Called customer service today (Andy). Unlike many reviews on here, I didn't get the runaround. I got "contact the seller and tell them it's lost". Here's where the fun begins: I suggested they should also contact the seller and tell them they lost it, and that it shouldn't be on the shoulders of the customer to do the legwork - it's solely on them. They have all the pertinent info - they should do it. Andy didn't like that. I also suggested to Andy that he send out an email to corporate management about the Tracy CA facility, and to look at all the Yelp reviews. Also, that corporate management should install cameras everywhere in that facility because obviously there is a problem with either theft, "lost" items, etc. He told me management was aware of the issue and was "taking steps" to "address concerns" - yeah, right. We placed our order for a kids trampoline 2 weeks ago for our sons kinder graduation present. It was supposed to be delivered on 5/29 as it says it was loaded up on the delivery vehicle on 5/29 in Tracy and out for delivery. The package never arrived. It showed that same status until a few days ago it now shows delayed with no status update. We have called over 20 times trying to track this package down. The 800 number is a call center who can not see any additional information other than what we can see - that it was loaded on the vehicle on 5/29, and they can not reach the Tracy ground facility nor can they help us further. They provided me with their direct number to the Tracy ground facility which just rings and rings and never answers, nor does it have a voicemail. I came on to yelp to see that more reviews have been added from people having the exact same experience as me. This is the second time I've had frozen food sent through Fedex from Nutrisystem. The first arrived five days late so all of the food was damaged. Now it's happening again. It was suppose to arrive in one day, but has changed its arrive day to three days. Dry ice doesn't last that long, so here I go again waiting for my damaged food order. So my packages are just held indefinitely at this location they traveled across country to a different facility everyday till it gets to here where it has sat and is a week past the delivery date , they say they have higher than normal packages to deliver but they clearly have no system or check list of what containers are sent out witch day , cuz they have no answers other than adverting it , that or they must have 30 plus trailers backed up in there small parking lot but it looks like this location can use staff that have better organization and that actually worst fed ex location by far !!!!! read more

Just putting this out to the world that the Tracy CA Fed Ex Distribution warehouse for small packages is very poor. It does show with the number of poor reviews that management there has lost control of how to manage their freight and work their trailers in a timely manner. Since my order is now several days late with out any further followups with the customer service team. I'm left to their mercy to get their act together and deliver medication that has now run out. My package has had nothing but issues since Lowe's shipped it to me. It continuously showed delayed when it should've been out for delivery. I gave it a grace period before calling since I understand we are in a pandemic. Eventually I called and they said they could hold it at the Tracy facility (45 mins away) as they didn't know when it would be able to be delivered. That's when all of the problems hit the fan. My husband went to the facility in Tracy and rang the doorbell for over an hour trying to pick up our package. I tried calling the facility multiple times. No one ever responded. When I call the FedEx 800 number, the FedEx reps I spoke to have tried calling the facility unsuccessfully also. I then called Lowe's to see if they could call FedEx and help me. Nope, FedEx wanted to charge them. In between all of this, we have now moved and don't even live at the old address. I then called and spoke to a FedEx supervisor two weeks ago who said he'll have it go back out for delivery the next day and I advised the people who now live at our old house to keep an eye out for our package. But nope, it's STILL being held at the Tracy facility. I called again last week and was told by Jeffrey that there's nothing he could do because they won't answer their phone. So he said he would send an email but couldn't promise anything. Then he refused to connect me to a supervisor. A week later and nothing. My husband decided to go by the Tracy facility again and once again, no answer. We are basically stuck and FedEx customer service can't do anything to help us. And now I just called the 800 number, waited for almost an hour to get a representative, finally got Carlos on the line and while I was reading my tracking number to him, he hung up on me. This is the absolute worst customer service ever. I've never in my life dealt with such awful customer service. I will NEVER use FedEx for shipments again! read more

Ordered an $800 Gaming PC, the seller showed me various footage of the PC in pristine working condition, fully working, the case was fine. Got my Package today after a 2 day delay at FedEx Tracy, there's a big dent on the bottom of the pc, the motherboard looked like it was gonna fall off, worse of all, it didn't turn on at all. I talked to the seller, who spent his entire day to help me, someone with little to no knowledge of how to even build a PC, to attempt to fix the problems and see if it can work. Does it? No. FedEx Tracy was wreckless with my package. I understand times are rough right now due to COVID, but does COVID give them an excuse to throw around delivery boxes like nothing? What a joke. If I could go with less than one star I would. The Tracy Fed Ex is horrible. was promised delivery of a rug , but ended up driving to Tracy in a hail storm to pick it up. Excuse given was they were short of drivers. Today I am waiting for a Bed Bath and Beyond order which may or may not arrive today. It was originally promised for yesterday, but sat in Texas warehouse for 3 days. No one can confirm that my package is out for delivery. I called and was "accidently disconnected. I had 2 packages sent to me from Illinois via FedEx ground on May5, 2020. They arrived at the FedEx Tracy warehouse May11. There they sat until one was delivered on May 15. I never received the other package. I called FedEx customer service May 17 and they could not tell me where my other package was. That same evening I received telephone call from an individual in Stockton who found my package inside a box he had delivered. My package broke his wicker chair he had ordered. I tried calling the FedEx warehouse on several occasions to find out when my packages would be delivered but no one answered. I had to drive to Stockton to pick up my package. I receive many many packages with all the carriers. All the packages both personal and business related that this facility supports have major issues being delivered. I have since stopped using suppliers that use FedEx. I can't afford to let down the time lines I have put out and it makes me look bad and lazy.
