I was standing there for almost seem like a extremely long time because when you walk in you expect to be greeted. He finally looks up and says what did you need so I said I'm here to pick up my print order. He proceeds to say when was it due? Didn't ask what my name was or the company name created perfect to be at Kinko's if you don't expect any service at all, Lex an associate that assisted us with the menu board was delightful quick fast, efficient, friendly smile well, Tim proceeded to say we tried calling you earlier. As a package recipient, I don't like FedEx as their delivery guys mis-deliver my packages all the time, but I do like to come to this FedEx store. I have been this store for many years. When we didn't have our own printer before, I used to come here to print some important documents. I ship my packages here, and I buy shipping supplies here. Every time I come here, the staff are always friendly and helpful. Last time I was having a hard time packing a roof shingle to the manufacturer for a warranty claim, I came here and the staff helped me customize a shipping box and helped me pack properly. Whenever I have any questions, I just come here to ask for help. It's much easier than calling their customer service center. It also opens until very late hours, which is very helpful when I suddenly need to ship something. I remember that they used open 24/7 before Covid. I came here a few times at midnight to ship some urgent things. They don't open that late anymore, but their hours are still better than UPS and other stores. Overall, I like this FedEx store, and I would recommend it to anyone who needs to ship packages or print documents. read more

I walk in and I was the only customer there. There were 5 employees working, all doing something or chatting. I can understand that they may be busy so I wait. For the next 4 minutes, I am standing there, not a single employee offers to help, says hello, or even acknowledge me. I even made an eye contact with one of the employees and he just looked away. By the time someone finally came to the register, there were three customers lined up behind me, and we were saying to each other "are we invisible?" Terrible. There was one other time when the service was a little better so two starts instead of one. read more

Beware when shipping to an apartment. Shipped my family's packages and paid extra to ensure delivery by Xmas eve. Wrote out the entire address including apartment number on the box and on the paperwork. The information was not complete when entered into their system and the driver could not deliver. The driver didn't even try to call the contact, all my family got was a text saying they will try to deliver Friday or they can pick it up at the local fed ex center... which is over an hour a way. FedEx Office Print & Ship Center was a lifesaver for some documents I needed to get printed. The process was easy and staff was there to help. I came in and an employee immediately asked me what I needed to get done. After telling her I needed some documents printed, she pointed to the large printer where I could access my documents from my phone and send it to the printer's e-mail, and have it be printed on standard paper. I did so, and it was an easy process. I like that you can do this yourself, and they give you options in retrieving documents, from your phone, USB, etc... For printing on cardstock or other kinds of paper, the staff has to do that for you behind the counter. They showed me different types of papers to choose from and after doing so, I just e-mailed my document to a general FedEx e-mail, which they retrieved. Again, it was an easy process and was able to pay for all of my projects soon after. For your office needs - FedEx makes it easy and possible. Plus, it's dog-friendly! I had an issue with this location, but I think it is more of a company wide problem that needs to be addressed. I sent out a package from this store. In sending out the package I was asked what my account number was. I indicated that I didn't have one. I assumed it was to pull up the account information. The staff member then bypassed the account number and proceeded to finish the transaction. Later the recipient reached out to me stating that they had not received their package. After investigating the reason for the delay I found out that the staff member had made an error in the address and it could not be delivered unless it had an address change. I spoke with multiple customer service representatives and staff remembers at this location and all stated that I could only make changes if I had the account number. In the end the package went out for delivery 3 times, drove right past the delivery location several times and was returned to me (in another state). I was not allowed to make changes because I didn't know the account number. It has cost my company several hundred dollars (once it was returned I had to ship it express) and several lost hours trying to resolve this. To sum up, why was it so easy to bypass the account number or why was it not made clear to me it's importance? This is a problem that I hope the company can work to improve so that others do not have a frustrating experience as well. read more

I hardly ever leave a review, but Steve at the store in Bellevue has me motivated to write one! Talk about 10/10 customer service Steve has the BEST customer service I have seen in YEARS! I needed to get cards made for a conference I'm going to tomorrow and I could not figure out how to get them printed using the website (it also only would let me ship them) I went into the store and explained my situation to Steve and he said "I got you" and that he did! Not only did he get my cards made and printed in 6 hours BUT he also called me to tell me that I had email the wrong size file to print the cards, I didn't even know that was a thing, he walked me through how to fix the size and told me what size would be most professional. Open 24/7 - super convenient! I don't have a printer and am new to the area and needed to print a few return labels and some paperwork for my job. Very easy to do so here! I didn't need to interact with any of the employees, but all asked if I needed help and were very willing. I used the self service print/scan machines and there are a bunch! They also have the normal stuff you can buy - planners, tape, paper, shipping supplies, different types of cords and adapters, printer ink, ect. Definitely my go-to for printing and scanning needs currently! read more

Convenient, fast and open 24 hours! Yeah, I'm a fan of this Fedex Kinko's in downtown Bellevue! Great for big and small projects, banners, copying, printing, etc. If it involves paper in some way, these people can probably help. I've spent many hours at the Kinko's in the area but the Bellevue location is by far one of my favorites! It's one of the largest in the Seattle area with a huge self-service workplace (5 copiers with small project tables in between each of them) and a large computer rental lounge. But the feature that is most helpful to me here is the huge work table in the back! It's seriously HUGE - if I had to guess 5' x 8'? Great place to work! I can spread everything out, sort it, copy it and file it all on the same table! SO convenient! Not many Kinko's locations have a work table like this - so if I have a big project, the downtown Bellevue store is the place to go and worth the drive! This store seems to always be well staffed too- a definite major plus earning that 4th star in my book! They are friendly, eager to help and very efficient! I've never seen a long line at the register beyond two maybe three at the most customers. The store is very clean- the employees vacuum and empty out the paper bins regularly. For some reason though - there's never any paper towels in the ladies restroom? There's a hand air-dryer, sure. But I prefer paper towels and wish the dispenser wasn't always empty. On projects: I've needed help with everything from digging out that mystery piece of paper that hides down deep in the copier to printing 50 spiral bound card stock booklets that I need by tomorrow! Eeek! No problem, the employees here don't even flinch in the face of whatever stress I'm wading through at the time - I'm sure it's part of their employee training - because they all do it pretty much the same: listen intently then jump in and help resolve the issue quickly and in a way that doesn't make me feel like a complete idiot. Thanks Kinko's for protecting my bruised pride a bit! Also a really nice bonus is the Starbucks located next door with an open archway through to the store. So the whole Fedex Kinko's ends up smelling like fresh coffee (instead of just paper and printer ink.) And that's a pretty sweet bonus! read more

If you have the patience of a saint, can do everything you need to do on your own, and every other copier \ printing store was closed then this is the place for you! Otherwise, avoid it or you will either start screaming, like one lady did, or earn yourself a migraine. Once upon a time this was a great place. I used to go here frequently for high quality prints, so I didn't think twice when my boss wanted me to go here to print out 90 colored copies of a high quality image file. I planned on it taking 30 minutes. It took me 2.5 hours. The first problem was the computer I started to use stopped working. The overworked associate offered to refund my money and set me up on another computer. I went to another working computer, aware that one lady was working diligently on some invitations and having some computer problems, and went to print my file. I started with one test print to see if I needed to tweak the colors and what printed out had large black streaks through the paper. I went to the counter and showed it to the overworked new employee and he said "Oh yeah, it does that." I asked if there was another way to print the file and he pointed me to a copy machine and said that it could. Then he went to help the growing line. I went to the copy machine area where a young guy pointed out the copy machine in question and I inserted my USB drive to find the machine didn't print the file format that I had. I became irritated since the overworked associate saw what kind of file format I was using when I was having problems with the computer. An older guy tried helping me out, but he was in the middle of another project and he asked the younger guy who was standing by to help me since he was just staring off in space. The younger guy took me through the same exact process I had already gone through with the nonworking computer and the malfunctioning printer despite me telling him it didn't work and I had already been through this. He was more interested in talking about video games. When it printed with black streaks he seemed amazed and had no suggestions except to go back to the main counter and talk with the manager. The assistant manager had a small crowd in front of him. There was one lady who was just trying to pick up one 8x11 picture that was supposed to be ready by 11:30 AM and she didn't get it until 2:00 PM. The lady with the invitations grabbed the young kid and started yelling at him because she got so frustrated since she had been standing there for an hour just trying to find someone knowledgeable about their paper selection and an older gentleman who was picking up business cards also expressed his frustrations. The assistant manager eventually helped me, but I couldn't get over the five people who stood behind him not helping a single person in this growing mob of unsatisfied customers. If you insist on using a Kinkos, go to the one in Tukwila. I hear better things about that one. read more

I felt like I walked back in time. It's been so long since I've gone to a place to make copies! I needed to do some large format (poster size) scanning and copying - and it was a nice surprise to see that FedEx could get it done. Yeah, they aren't on the cutting edge of technology but at least I could get it done. If you need to get a digital scan, make sure to bring a USB stick or other memory card (I ended up using the SD card from my camera) so you don't have to purchase one. No, they can't email it you. I asked. 5 - 24" x 36" b&w copies @ $4.50 ea 5 - 24" x 36" scans ($1.19/sq ft) Oh, and when you scan it, make sure to adjust the settings so you don't end up w/ an expensive low resolution scan. I walked out of there $60 bucks lighter BUT at least the sticker shock pales in comparison to the price of the house we just purchased... read more

I had to order stuff from this FedEx several times for work. It's conveniently located nearby our office and it's open 24 hours but... they're not very good about calling you when your order is ready to be picked up. The last two times that I needed their services, I had to call them before heading over to the store to make sure and sure enough, the stuff was done but I would've appreciated a call like they should they would. They get the job done but they don't seem to be super good about making more urgent deadlines, unfortunately, so don't depend on them for anything too last minute cause it's risky. The parking lot isn't that great to maneuver through either because there are often the big FedEx trucks in the way. read more

I had a lot of boxes to be shipped to my new place in California. The guy helping us was a bit slow and incompetent. He was giving us strange quotes and he spent about 30 minutes wrapping a SINGLE box, only to be told by one of his coworkers that he wasn't supposed to use that box for shipping. Trololol, what? We got another helper and she was able to get a much reasonable price. The flat rate boxes they have here don't seem worth it. The biggest boxes they have are actually quite small. read more

I'm not sure why their ratings are down here but I've always had good experiences at this location. Parking is available on either side of the building whether you're on the Main St. side or the Bellevue Way side, which makes it convenient to get to. If you're in need of coffee there's even a Starbucks connected to it. There are a good number of employees working here so the wait time isn't ever more than 5 minutes. Each employee I've interacted with has been more than friendly and super helpful in shipping out packages. I had to ship a laptop recently and it was sent back to the store because it didn't have the proper battery label sticker on the outside of the box. The first employee I called that evening didn't know why it was sent back but let me know he would leave a message for his manager and to call back in the morning. I did that and she was already prepped and ready for me. Apparently as the shipper you are supposed to provide that sticker. Not knowing what that would even look like, I was confused. Fortunately for me and big thanks to the staff here, they were able to find an appropriate sticker in the store to use and re-ship my package without me having to make another trip to the store to fix the problem. Worst FedEx in the area, and I don't say that lightly. Staff moves incredibly slow and is not efficient. Average wait time is 10-15 min for a simple drop off. I arrived today to drop off a small package (less than 5 pounds with a prepaid label) at 5:55pm, and there were plenty of people still in the store. Store is supposed to close at 6pm. However, they had locked the door preemptively. Why are you not honoring your store hours? It's a horrible experience. 3 other customers arrived at the same time and we were all locked out. Abide by your store hours. It's not the customers fault that you can't move through the line quickly. Won't be coming to this location again. read more

I'm sorry, but this may be my worst shipping experience! I had a HUGE gift box to ship to Chicago from Bellevue. When I walked in with it, no one offered to help -- fine. Then I talked to the FedEx person at the shipping counter, asked him to help me get a bigger box. But the only thing I got was a smirk and then a cold face. Hey, since you've agreed to help, why do you act like this? Then, when the process is over, the box labeled, the guy literally threw my box into the basket. Hey, can't​you just fake to be nice to your customers and their packages? It's a carefully selected gift inside! I know the name of the guy, but I respect his privacy and self esteem ,so I won't disclose his name here. However, I may switch back to UPS and never be back. I'm gonna assume that it's addition of the starbucks to the room that makes this fedex actually appear really lively. I ship and print from here and I can say, the service is quite fantastic. If you smile and act cheerful, they'll obviously greet you the same way. They're extremely patient and you can ask if they have discounts for the month at the desk. Printing wise, you just go up to the machines to print (which I suspect is why it's 24/7). Connect USB or phone or whatnot, it's quite fast. There's like 5 of the printers. The only thing is layout is a little confusing? There's like a desk for shipping, a different desk for mailing, and another desk for just simple purchases. But there's not always a person attending each desk. But otherwise, good service. I'm in and out for each visit. And you could make a pit stop to starbucks! read more

This place is great. I've had to come in during the afternoon a few times for some complex print and ship jobs, and everything has always gone smoothly. The self-service machines work fine and they usually aren't too busy between 2pm and 4pm. The staff is always super helpful and responsive even when I ask for things on short notice. The location is great as well; when I have to wait an hour or so for document binding there are a ton of places nearby to go and sit and work, grab a bite, or hit happy hour. This 24 hours FedEx is a lifesaver. This location has a lot going for it. Not only is it one of the larger locations that I have visited, but it also has several copiers and a computer workstation area in the back. We showed up around 10PM on a Sunday night, thankful to have found a 24-hour store at a pretty accessible location. It was located in a rather large strip mall - which is probably pretty busy during the day. There were a few customers waiting to be helped and only one employee working at the time. So even though we had to wait about ten minutes to be helped, it was a pretty pleasant experience overall. The guy that was working there at the time was a little frazzled by having to run around a bit, but he was still quick and courteous with us. If I ever need a 24-hour FedEx, I won't even bother looking for another location. This place was exactly what we needed. read more

I went to the Bellevue location for 2 reasons, one to send a package out and secondly to print photos. The photo printing machine wasn't working despite trying for half a dozen times so Martin helped me print it via email. He was very patient and was only focused on helping me finish the prints. All this took about 30 Mins of our time but since his intent to help was so evident, I had no complaints. Also it was an off peak hour so there weren't queues.
