I have always had a good experience here! The staff is friendly and I always receive quick service! If I'm dropping off or having a label printed they always are ready to help and process is super easy. Their location is kind of inconvenient but convenient at the same time. What I mean by this is the parking lot they are in is set up kind of weird and next to an always crowded Starbucks and once exit you can only turn right out of. I've been using this FedEx location for years, mainly for dropping off packages with pre-paid FedEx labels. On my recent visit, the place was busy, as could be expected a week before Christmas. Despite the number of customers waiting, I didn't have to wait long and service was quick and efficient. This is the closest FedEx office to my home so is generally convenient, but the parking lot is sometimes busy and it can be tough to get to from southbound 72nd Street. FedEx is not the cheapest option for shipping, but in my experience is more dependable than UPS and especially much better than USPS. read more

This was a very quick trip in and out of the store to drop off a package. I was greeted immediately when I walked in, and the employee handled all of my packages carefully. The store appeared to be clean, and the other customer seemed to be pleased with their interactions with employees as well. read more

I made the trip to this location on Saturday morning, it's supposed to open at 10am, I arrived at 10:15, the lights were off and there wasn't anyone even in there. The last time I went after the opening time, they had to unlock the doors and turn on the lights, with a poor attitude. read more

I used to come here to this location all the time for my companies large posters and various marketing materials. The gal who worked the counter was always polite and very knowledgeable about the services they provided. Those days are over. The last few times I've been in (I'm here now, typing this and then leaving) the counter person (new ones) have been rude, in a hurry to remind everyone in the store how busy they are and trying their best to shoe us all out. They have no interest in helping you and for the life of me I can't understand why they work a job where you do nothing but help people yet they act like pricks to those people who come to pay for service. Do yourself a favor and use nations photo lab online for prints and forget about this place unless your desperate and or feel the need to be ridiculed. read more

This place is a joke. The fedex at Walmart up the street was delivered my package and when I drove to get it, it's temporarily closed. The number on the sign was for this location. I talked with Curtis who raised his voice with me and basically told me to F... off and go back tomorrow. No explanation why it was closed and who accepted the package and no definitive answer of it would be open the next day. Only writing this reviews about this location based on how their employees act. Just a joke of management here. read more

Staff ignored me when I walked in. After 2-3 minutes they acknowledged me and asked me to wait longer. 2-3 more minutes and they finally came over. I needed to forward them an email for a label which took all of 2 seconds for me to complete and they should have just waited but... The 2 employees then went in the back and talked for 5 minutes or more. Still waiting for them to come back as I speak. Ugh...... read more

Both people I interacted with were kind and knowledgeable. Reason for four stars is that my Poster order was not right, it was meant to be mounted and when I went to pick it up it was not. Had to wait an additional day to get my order because of that. I would probably still order prints from here because of how easy it is to order online and pick up in store. Also, parking is a bit of a mess, not the worst but it's just a really busy strip mall even in the middle of the day I guess. read more
