Although the team encountered printer issues and a possible file-rendering problem with one image, Michael from the store kept me updated throughout the day and still completed the job on time before closing. In contrast, at another location, 7011-lincoln-ave UPS Store 2000, the staff member could not determine the correct price, was unprepared to assist, and quoted an arbitrary amount close to $400, seemingly because she either did not know how to handle the request or did not want to proceed with the job. If you ever need printing services, I highly recommend visiting this store, no matter where you live. After trying several locations, this has consistently been the best experience I've had with The UPS Store No.1186 at 7931 S Broadway Littleton.

Doing a quick search for the area I found SPC. I called to explain what I was looking to get printed and the gal was extremely kinda & helpful. She gave me some options (paper, size, resolution, etc.) as well as gave me a very reasonable price quote. The older gentleman working there acted like my presence was a problem from the moment I walked in. No greeting, no courtesy, just a rude and dismissive attitude that made the whole experience uncomfortable. If you're looking for a place that treats customers with professionalism and respect, this is not it. There are plenty of other fingerprinting services do yourself a favor and go elsewhere that doesn't make you feel like an inconvenience for simply showing up.
