I used the self service printer but sending a fax feels more challenging than any other task. One of the workers was patient and willing to help me with faxing over my paperwork. It's right off a busy street so just fyi. They had lots of self service printers to do what you need. Liz treats my family like an extended part of her family! I send documents for my 96 year old Grandmother to this location and every time she visits, they are prepared and ready for her! I have had only positive printing experiences at this location. They complete tasks in a timely manner and most times quicker than what I expected. Any troubles I have had came from using the app for Kinkos, which this store is not responsible. read more

Here's the thing. I'm having a crappy week and it's only Tuesday. My fish all died this weekend. My kid drank half an energy drink. We are expecting more snow. In APRIL. So it's not a good time to go into a print and fax place, right? So I go to the big place that sells office supplies Max on 41st. The gal there gives me all this trouble because I need to email them something I need printed. Basically passive agresses me completely out of the store with a halfhearted apology about corporate rules and whatever. Fedex print has stolen this customer, and my heart. Kirk and Paul smiled. They both asked what brought me in, because they know this is a mundane task and I want to get back to my day off. No one wants to spend 30 minutes in a copy and print center, unless they have a fetish for that noise the printer makes. Kirk handed me a card with their email, and said "no problem." Paul helped me make sure the letterhead fit the letter, then printed the rest and wished me a good day. I watched Kirk assist another customer with a really heavy package, taking it to his car in the rain. Thanks, Kirk, on my behalf, as well as the older gentleman who needed your help, and for another smile and high five on the way out! Thanks Paul, for being friendly and effective so that I don't have to dread getting stuff printed. As a print shop, you probably only get complaints. We do a lot of printing and copying and I get tired of fighting our home printer. I stopped at this site yesterday to return a product to a sporting good store. The product was defective. The service provided to me was absolutely horrible. Rude, not at interested in my situation. Very dismissive of my needs. When I questioned the individual about his attitude, he became more belligerent and non-cooperative. I asked him to read the Email I had received with instructions to return the item and he flatly refused. Also, became whiney about being behind the eight ball. Maybe, he needed some cheese for his whine. read more

Where to even start at the complete and total lack of customer service & professionalism with Amanda at your store. When I first came in to the store. I entered the store to used the self service station as I always do. The printer continued to stop in the middle of the job and I was getting frustrated however I was making it work, and at the end of the day it was not any kind of inconvenience. Amanda came over and to be honest I was impressed at first. She could tell I was getting frustrated with the printer stopping for no reason and offered to finish the rest of my print job free of charge. I was impressed as I was frustrated however I was figuring it out. When she finished the job she handed me back my copies I made the comment that it was doen incorrectly all of a sudden it was a huge inconvenience for her. Her demeaner became such a tone of disgust & irritation I was stunned. I'm sorry I didn't ask her to take over the job nor did I expect it to be done for free. I then asked for about 10 sheets of another product that I have purchased there many times and explained that it was a product that is in the back she took me over to the Avery products. I explained again it was a product in the back as it was a heavier stock than any of the Avery products. Amanda proceeds to throw the Avery product she was trying to sell me and stated, "Okay then sir." Again with disgust and distain in her voice like it was some kind of inconvenience to her what I was asking for. When I went back into the store to ask her name she then took off her name tag and latterly shoved it in my face so that it was less than 2 inches from my face. If you only option is to use Fedx then I suggest that you find someone other than Amanda to help you. Apparently asking her to do her job is too much. it should be noted I went to staples found the product I needed and it even cost me more money and I didn't care because the person was helpful and polite. I will never go back or suggest them to anyone ever again. read more

Let's face facts; when it comes to getting a print job done FedEx Kinkos has the largest probability of screwing it up compared to any other spot with a large printer. Them's the breaks. But at least, when they inevitably do so, they could pretend to feel bad about it! I stood in line for a half hour to put an order for biz cards on 100 lb stock - the thickest they had. When I returned for the cards an employee who had been there since 1996 (so sayeth his name tag) said he didn't have an order under my name and stared blankly at me. It's clear the problem was mine and not his. I showed him the email that was automatically generated confirming the receipt of the file and he said it didn't tell him anything. ...still my problem then. I showed him the date and time stamp on the email and he said "oh." About 10 minutes later a fella with considerably less time at the company appeared with the cards. Instead of 100 which I had request, they printed 250. And instead of 29.99 which I was quoted, the bill was around 45. And instead of the heavy card stock they were on printer paper. I kept my cool, pointed out the problems and said I didn't want to take delivery of the cards. This is the part where they earned their one star over 0. In response to my not accepting and not paying for them, he didn't call the cops. So that's something, i guess. Support your small town printers, Sioux Falls. They can do what they say and if they bone it, they care enough to make it right. If not, buyer beware. read more
