This is the best Fedex location I've been to so far. They are friendly, REALLY knowledgeable, and helpful. Usually, if you want to deliver a package overnight to the East Coast, any fedex has a cut-off time of 5:45, no exceptions. If you come here, though...they'll make an exception. The reason that this place is awesome...they take your packages if you're a little late. The Fedex in downtown is pretty awesome, too, they'll try to help you if you call in and need help. It really just depends on the employees, but I find that all of the people here are really helpful and not snotty. They have the latest pick-up time as well...anywhere else is around 5:15-5:30. This may not be a big deal for you..if you're not overnighting stuff everyday. But since I'm always rushing here, breathly, with a bunch of boxes like a nutty woman, trying to get here by 6 pm...it is a life-saver. Otherwise I have to drive to the airport Fedex. p.s. First of all the chew bacca girl in the pink glasses is just a terrible person. My goodness I couldn't leave fast enough to not have to deal with her condescending attitude. She was all over the FedEx guys picking up shipment, did not answer any single one of my help questions, and literally said it was my fault my files weren't printing, which I knew and was the reason I was asking for her help. She then told her own manager to help me and she ran out to where the drivers were hanging out. Then, the girl with all the holes in her face and the not-so-pleasant large pink-glasses girl (the one we are talking about) just would not stop talking about work drama in front of Teresa (manager?) and I. It was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. Talking smack and how they think these guys are all over them both. Yeah right. They need to get a couple of girls who offer value here. What a loss. My company will avoid this location when possible. Teresa was also trying to charge me extra for helping me when one of these distracted girls loaded the wrong type of paper in the paper tray. The service from the dark girl with glasses is terrible. I don't know her name but she's rude and arrogant. You're selling a service and shouldn't be rude when a question is asked. If a package is dropped and a week later there's no movement something is up. This location never shipped out my package after they received it. Customer service thinks I created a shipping label without bring it here. Someone in that location doesn't know how to work a scanner and do logistics. Went in for them to ship out a heavy Amazon box they was ok to greet you but made me work double unloading the heavy box from the dolly because they wanted the weight of it and the weight was on the damn pre-paid label smh. Also if It wasn't because I brought a dolly I would've struggle because I didn't see them have one. And to make things worse they are lazy when it comes to heavy boxes because one of the employees was "uh no I ain't moving that" like it's your damn job I ask if their is no men working today and they say happily yea no men don't work here. The experience with them was a nightmare. I had mailed a paper that was really important to Mexico and I paid $75.50 12/13/21. To this day I have no idea where the paper is, I made a report and they sent me to the post office of Bell Gardens CA they told me that they couldn't do anything and too call FedEx. FedEx told me that they couldn't help me and that issue was for the post office and the post office told me it was an issue of FedEx. Twice now I've driven across town to ship express and had them fail to provide advertised services. The time advertised on the website is 6 pm for express going to the east coast. The 2nd time I went, the website slashed the 6pm to say 5:45. I showed up at 5:21. There was a sign on the back wall that said last east coast express at 5:20. I questioned management and asked if they could throw my envelope on the truck real quick. I was told no and the driver was gone. This is unacceptable. If you're going to run a franchise and advertise a service you're expected to try to honor it. Where's the trust in such lack of courtesy and/or organization?! Or is this just a rogue branch that decides their own pick up times without communicating with corporate. There is no other FedEx in this area "advertising" a late pickup. read more

carina and miguel are two of the laziest employees i have ever seen working anywhere. i brought in a computer monitor in it's box, but miguel asked carina and they won't accept it. (Reason was it had to have an outer box - sure thing!!!) they will only accept it if you pay a bribe of $25 to buy postage. they will not accept a prepaid fedex label because they are not getting paid into their pockets. remember carina and miguel, two very dishonest and lazy employees who won't accept your prepaid package unless they sell you a label or an outer box. i returned and put it in an outer shipping box and they still won't accept it because they are not profiting from a prepaid fedex label or selling their own box. (Reason was my outer box was not good enough). fedex should fire these two lazy employees, especially carina since she seems to call all the shots. if you see carina, ignore her at all costs. just because she can't sell you a shipping label or an outer box she will not take your package. she will only send it in the box you provide if she sells you a $25 shipping label and an outer box. i had no trouble with fedex before. just these two lazy employees who won't do their job unless you buy something from them. Don't waste your time coming here. I always get a hard time from the manager whenever i set foot in here. Literally everytime i been here they always say your box is unacceptable and will offer to repack it for a fee of the box and packing. They also always ask whats in your package even though they need to know only if you declare a value of $500 or above. If you try to argue about that your packaging is fine they'll tell you to "go to the Express or Ground station" instead. According to the other reviews here, the employee who refused to help me and many many others is the manager. So here is some information in case anyone wants to file a complaint against her. We have billable stamp boxes that are prepaid for our business. Everytime we send it to this fedex they say oh you have to use a different box where at other stores they accept it no problems. They try to charge you for a box that even corporate says that they shouldn't be charging especially since it's prepaid. I come here all the time for business and personal shipments and while sometimes the boxes I'm returning are damaged, Evelyn, the manager, and Carina are always willing to work with me to get things sent off. I guess people don't understand that there are transportation rules that define how packages can be prepared and shipped. I've never been asked to pay for the white Fedex express boxes. If I have had to use a brown box, there is a change but you can also use them for ground shipment. Let me say that another way. The white boxes are free, only if you're shipping express (next day or second day). If you're going to ship using ground, you need to buy the brown boxes. read more

I used to swear by FedEx over UPS. This place is making switch teams! I had a box attempted delivery three times. Only the last time did a door tag get left. I signed and left it on my door. They never came back. I call FedEx. Even though everyone else can deliver to me, they can't unless I'm home (apparently I need to take a day off to be able to use FedEx). Now I have to wait another couple days for them to take my box to another (closer) location so I can do their job and pick up my box. WTF?! Never using them again!!!!! read more

Be really careful with the HIDDEN FEES: I took a small 4.9lbs box (15x10x6) to Fedex and it was 90% filled in so the girl nicely stacked it with brown paper, to fill it in completely. When I was ready to pay my total was $18.00! Which I was a little surprise about, since I selected ground service and it was a small, light box but I said "oh well I guess that's how much it costs to send a small box." However, I noticed "3.99 merchandise subtotal" on the receipt & I asked the girl what that was for (since I had not purchased any merchandise) and she told me it was the fee for the brown paper she used to fill my box!!! I had NO clue I was being charged for that, she never mentioned anything about it, she just started adding the paper in the box without saying a word. As a matter of fact, I even thought to myself, "that's nice of her," and I verbally thanked her! Not knowing she was adding $4.00 to my total! I'm not upset at the price I paid , I'm upset at the fact that Fedex Staff does not tell you, they are adding additional, UNNECESSARY fees to your total. They should at least offer the option of letting the customer fill it themselves. Now, I regret not driving the extra 1/2 mile to the post office. More than anything I REGRET trusting FedEx with my boxes. This is a lesson to be well learned: I will NEVER go back to Fedex in my life. read more

Always giving our office a hard time. If there is ANY movement inside the box being shipped, they will refuse to ship it - of course unless you purchase shipping materials from them directly. Unless it's electronics I totally understand. But garments? They'll refuse to ship it even if it's paper shaking inside the box for goodness sake. I do not recommend this location. read more

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. Clearly this location has a policy to make every customer buy their own packaging. Worst Fedex office. They make up lies about why you can't ship your package in the way you packaged it and force you to buy their supplies. I called the company that provided the prepay label and they said that however I want to package it is fine and that every other customer ships it back with no problem. It's clearly this location that is trying to scam people out of a dollar! Do not use this location. It's poorly mismanaged and is a horrible representation to FedEx. UPS is much better. read more

The worst FED EX location , they sell their own package material and upsell to add more in your shipment . They will push down on your box and say , nope it needs more material .
