All of my deliveries have not been on time or not delivered until the next day despite the tracking stating that's its "out for delivery". The nail in the coffin occurred today when I paid $40 for Priority Overnight medications to be delivered by 12 noon today. It's been out for delivery since 8:37 a.m.and it is now 12:16 p.m. with no delivery in sight. Track it again and it says "by end of day". This is ridiculous. On top of all this, Customer Service won't even transfer me to a live agent. read more

I had a next day package that was on the truck yesterday. It was not delivered than it said they said it was on the truck to be delivered today. The fedex guy at support said the package was not delivered yesterday because they did not finish. Package has still not arrived. I understand that there is a strain on many businesses and that shipping has gotten really hectic. My frustration comes from reaching out to the facility and customer service and the employees being oblivious about the company that they work for. A representative literally told me to reach out to the seller of the item I was having shipped. Why?? It's been at the Richland center for 2 days now. It is not on the seller once you take custody of the package. read more

We have guaranteed overnight medication deliveries from Walgreen's Alliance Rx. Unfortunately, the shipments go to Memphis then to Richland, MS. The Richland office performs very poorly in getting the shipments out of their office to the intended recipients. We were guaranteed delivery by noon yesterday (5/6/21), then the tracking information changed to "by end of day" (as it always does). Sometimes the shipments arrive as late as 9 pm. Last night we waited until 11 pm and gave up. We are unable to get any assistance from FEDEX. We will have to report non-delivery to Alliance Rx. read more
