The only complaint I have is the lines at the human checkouts and the service desk are a little too long during busy hours. If you don't like long lines, simply visit during a slower time. The line at the money desk can get extremely long during the "paycheck" times of the month, so prepare for that if you need a money order or something. One thing I appreciate about this branch is the self checkouts. They seem to have two versions and they're both high quality. An express version, for a basket of items, and an full version, where you can self-checkout an entire cart of items. Very happy with that. Give it a shot if you haven't already, you might appreciate it too.
