Texting a potential new customer without speaking to them is not the way to do business and is very lazy.

I was open to ideas and never once said no to any of the recommendations. Once I asked for more budget friendly alternatives, I got ghosted and communication stopped. It's unfortunate that as a loyal customer for about three years I got treated this way simply because I was trying to work within my budget.
