It's official ! Felix Web Design have ceased trading and are about to be dissolved as a company http://www.felixwebdesign.co.uk is now un-obtainable. I wonder what all their clients are going to do? Do they want to join forces and report them to Trading Standards? Prosecuted fraudster is the man behind Felix Web Design Mr. Israfil Rahman who is the man behind Felix Web Design is known to the Council and is on unconditional bail having been committed to stand trial at the Old Bailey for the common law offence of conspiracy to defraud. Two others are also charged, along with another for Fraud Act 2003 offences. The prosecution is being undertaken following investigations into the operation of a number of businesses offering large goods vehicle training. Mr Rahman of Felix Web Design - Failure to provide web design services I entered into a contract with Mr. Rahman of Felix Web Design for the provision of web services. Throughout November and December 2012, I paid him a total of £1647 for the provision of web design services to me. This amount consists of the following payments: £149 paid on 13 November 2012 for a Starter Web Package; £99 paid on 21 November 2012 for two extra pages; £1000 paid on 30 November 2012 for an Automated Web Package; and two further payments on 14 December 2012 of £199 and £200 for web services. I can publish copies of the relevant receipts as evidence of the sums paid. No web design services have to date been provided to me in breach of the agreement made between the two parties. I was informed by a telephone call on 18 December 2012 that he had no such intention of providing these services. The failure of Felix Web Design Ltd to provide these services constitutes a breach of contract. Mr. Rahman of Felix Web Design promised to make arrangements for a full refund of £1647 to be paid back to me. However, to date , he has failed to refund me anything despite his many promises to issue me a full refund. At present, I am being forced to consider commencing legal proceedings in the small claims court as there are no other options open to me to obtain a refund. read more

In many ways, this is what an online web design application should look like. It's polished and slick, but still has nearly all the features you could want. Starting with a wide range of predesigned templates, all of which look clean and modern, it shows the full page on screen with a tool bar across the top and selection palette down the left hand side. Individual dialogs appear as tools are selected and everything happens in real time, as if the page were being edited locally. The shop facilities are well integrated into the web design and you can enter each item for sale in a separate database screen, which includes facilities for options, such as colour or postage to different areas. Sale items can be categorised too, so you can list, for example, books, CDs and DVDs under different headings. There are some other niceties not generally available in online designers, such as photo effects which open images onto the page with a little more pizzazz than just placing them there. There's a video player where you can link to YouTube and other providers and audio players for single tracks or a jukebox - potentially useful for a band website. Connections to social media include Twitter and an RSS feed, and Facebook Connect enables visitors to log into your site using their Facebook credentials. Any site you create is also available in a mobile-friendly form, with all the graphics removed and the essential text displayed on your smartphone or tablet. Our website is the best indian restaurant website i have seen. I always though website wont bring money in and thats the mentality in the curry industry. When felix aproached us and showed us what other businesses have started to implement, i was amazed at the fact we had not been using simple technology to increase our revenue. We first got a website with chopping cart e-commerce system built in which enables us to take orders online through pour website without even speaking to our client. They also installed the client interaction system as well as the online payment system.
