The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable, made even better by sweet dogs who greet you with warmth. Beyond the inviting environment, the hairdresser who gave me my new cut, Bento, is exceptional. Not only did he give me a fantastic cut that's easy to manage, but it was also a true pleasure having him work on my hair. I can't recommend this place highly enough, and I truly hope to be back!

My only complaint is that they were not very transparent with the pricing. The stylist offered a conditioning mask while he was washing my hair, and I didn't realize it would cost extra. When he rang me up at the end, it turned out the conditioner was an extra 25 EUR, for a grand total of 65 for the haircut plus mask.
