Well-cooked, good on herbs & spices without losing the meat taste. Usually they add as a side of homemade fried potatoes (Bratkartoffeln), which are fantastic. But you can ask for other items such as fries. It also comes with a nice fresh small side salad. The portion is so big, that I usually forfeit the potatoes....because there is so much greatness on the main plate! It is always pleasantly busy with a cheerful buzz. The German/Italian food is 'German-good', more than enough. For me, a starter is usually the main course.
