The spa is a large complex attached to a hotel but functions as a public facility. There are a number of indoor and outdoor pools with waterfalls and spas, 9 saunas, nude area, IR booths, UV booths, massage, and other spa related services. On arrival you are issued with a RFID wristband which provides you with access to your locker, and logs your use of services as you move about the facility. You then just scan this on departure and pay your dues. Speaking of dues, this place ain't cheap! 18 EUR for access to the general pool/spa/outdoor pools area and sun lounges, another 12 EUR for access to the saunas and nude area, and varying prices depending on other services you choose to make use of. Given this, the facility is pretty nice, and at least you only pay for what you use. A good spot for a bit of a splurge, self-healing of mind, and working away any tension in the muscles, be you mountain running, skiing/snowboarding, or just in the area.

My favorite are the dampf grotte where you can also do a black mud treatment. The Amethyst sauna that has perfect 60 degrees c and the Hamam where you easily fall asleep on the heated marble benches. Inside the bath is also a food place, which is a bit noisy, hence only 4 stars. It is very fresh and clean. I didnt try any of the treatments, but they have ayurveda treatments, and massages. Also recommended is the panorama sauna that has a nice view over the Alps.

We didn't mind this, in fact we preferred it there and George was one of the most efficient waiters/bar staff we have come across. The only problem this caused was staff trying to find us a table for breakfast. There was one member of staff who tried her best to sort this problem out but can't remember her name but she was from Macedonia. The food we had was of great quality and enjoyed all the meals we had, all presented beautifully by the chef. The whole hotel is lovely throughout and we are looking forward to going back for Xmas. The most beautiful views & the hotel is modern & beautiful as well. The hotel is tucked into the mountainside which is stunning. We stayed for a drink & dessert but nothing on the lunch menu looked appetizing. Maybe the heat that day & the hike killed our appetites. The hotel has everything you could want, spa, pools, sauna, etc. We didn't see the rooms so only commenting on the great outdoor balcony & views! The staff was super friendly too & they seemed very welcoming. Noticed it was pet friendly even for big pups! Yay! Giving it 4 stars b/c we didn't stay here or eat a meal here.
