I receive a call at 2:04 telling me the driver was pulled over and had his license suspended so they can't do it today but the owner will do it tomorrow morning. No thanks. Major disconnect between estimator and sales staff - you assume when estimator and sales staff give…read moreyou a quote it includes labor and material to complete job. At Whelans it doesn't we had carpet installed on stairs but installer did not bring molding/trim to complete job. Carpet at top off stairs loose and separated from flooring creating a possible hazard but Whelens staff "not included". I thought I was paying for a complete job but apparently not with Whelens Flooring. Buyer beware dealing with these guys they will squeeze everything they can from you. Would definitely NOT Recommend.
