The Pistachio Strawberry Milk drink here is actually pretty good. It's not too sweet either and I like the Strawberry puree as im eating chunks of strawberries while drinking. It's part of their pistachio series drinks and found in their ordering kiosk near the front counter and not on their above menu board. Could have used a little more pistachios on top and less ice. Would order again though, I liked it! The service was good but there was an issue. Tried to download the rewards app to get points for this order as this was my first time here at any of the locations. Went through the process til they asked for the code that was texted messaged to my phone. Tried several times but no code was sent. Got a text message saying my order was ready, but when I arrived a few minutes later, only the food (egg rolls) was ready in a bag on the counter and they haven't made the drinks yet. We were only customers at that time. Modern decor, plenty of seating, and a great place to hang out & play board games or work/study. I opted for their popular dirty boba with 75% sweetness and regular ice and my husband had their summer melon with tea base, 50% sweet. My drink was great and the boba was soft/chewy...I had a sip of the summer melon, and it tasted like watermelon flavored water. 4/28/26 Feng Cha Riverside, CA... Came here with a great friend to try a Signature pistachio drink. Today we both tried the Pistachio milk tea at 25% Sweetness. This place was nice and clean, including the restroom. Maddie gave us great service at the front counter and the drinks were very presentable and tasted so good! She hooked us up with a great amount of chopped Pistachios on top! It was very comfortable to sit here for a while, sip, and talk. I really like the Kiwi Basil Green Tea from Feng Cha. The other store near my house had closed, so when I was in the area and saw that there was one, I had to make a stop. There was plenty of parking available and not too busy in the store in the late afternoon. The cashier was busy with another customer, so I placed my order on the kiosk. Literally otw towards my cousins house. One of our fav Boba Chain especially my kids, love their Creme Brulee Dirty Boba. It's their # 1 known popular drinks. Although i didn't get any here since came in only for appetizers, we had a dessert drink already earlier in the day but highly recommended. What we ordered ~ Vietnamese Eggroll was really good, yum, crunchy & scrumptious. It tasted exactly how a Vietnamese eggroll should taste like. Really legit and the sweet and spicy dipping sauce was really good too. Good size. Love how this Feng cha location has snacks like egg roll n popcorn chicken. Boba and popcorn chicken is a great combo! Associate was really friendly and nice with answering my questions. We got our eggroll in a fast timely manner, surprised since usually food items take a little bit longer. The shop is clean spacious with lots of tables & sittings indoor. Perfectly sweetened at 25%. Didnt taste syrupy or have that sugar overload. I could actually taste the tea and the plentiful pistachios stayed crunchy. Luv that contrast in texture. The pistachio trio menu also has strawberry and espresso. Visiting with a friend we enjoyed the inside seating with upbeat music that will get you pumped up for the drive on the 91fwy. Easily accessible on the south side of the fwy off La Sierra exit. Wide variety of drinks to choose from. All of their drinks are lactose free using a lactaid milk with non dairy creamer. We tried this tea spot because of the reviews. Good service, food, and drinks. We were excited because it's our first time. When we got in, we greeted the crew as courtesy only for her to give us annoyed response of "what?" And kept staring. Drinks were so-so. Bathroom is dirty and sticky. Sink is clogged. Only good things about this place are the aesthetics, plants and some board games that I don't even know if pieces are complete because it was scattered. the drinks are good but the service was pretty bad today... i ordered ahead online to save time ofc. my order was for 12:45pm and i got there at 1pm. no one really greeted us or anything while waiting in line. i had to go up to the counter and say that i had an order. the guy w the glasses was very unwelcoming and just didn't look like he cared. we noticed that our drinks were half-prepped behind the sink since we got there. we waited until 1:20pm until asking for a status update. then they finally put our order together. if you're gonna come here just ordered the self-checkout tbh. i also paid extra for taro milk foam and did not receive that. read more

I tried a few of their drinks & wow, the dirty boba (brown sugar) was so good & not too sweet like how other places make it. The 2 new hot drinks are so chocolately & so good.
