My motor went out on my 2023 Santa Cruz Heckler. Ozzy order me a new motor from Shimano and worked with them to get it set up correctly and the warranty. I also had squeaky suspension and he knew that the bearings needed to be replaced so I asked him to swap the old ones with new ones. My Shimano screen had a crack in it and I asked if he could replace it and he did. Lastly, I could not get my rear brakes to work as well as they did when new and he was able to make that happen too. I did a test run outside of the shop and my bike feels brand new again Super stoked on the integrity, professionalism, and passion this shop has for their customers and their bikes. read more

This is absolutely one of the best bike shops in SoCal especially if your bike needs any repairs. Awhile back I bought a mountain bike from another shop(only one in stock). I began having problems with the fork within a month. I took it back to where I bought it four times in about six months. Much of this time I was without a bike to ride. I was ready to try and return the bike when I decided to try Fenix. I had learned about the shop because they sponsor the local high school mountain bike team which my son races with. Yes, besides all the businesses I will own (when that time comes, please pray for me lol), I will invest in this bike shop hands down. There are very few people and bike shops that you can trust now. Local bike shops complain about "online bike shops" that gives cyclists big discounts and this affects their business, badly. So in order to stay in business they have to make money, meaning they have to sell bikes with a very low discount or sometime with no discount at all. Yes, meaning you have to buy items on a retail price. So as a result, us who tried to support all the local bike shops that we love, tend to suffer. Well this is understandable however because of this vulnerability that we have because we want to support our local shops, unfortunately, other bike shops take advantage of this. The business side comes out (greedy) and loyalty goes out the window (compassion) Well not with Ozzy and Fenix Cycling. Like I mentioned if I'm a millionaire, I would invest a lot on this shop. Dropped off a bike on a Wednesday for new lights, a basket, a rack, and a fender. And on Saturday was told it would be ready Monday or Tuesday. When no one called, we tried calling and at first couldn't reach someone. Tried calling a second time and found out that one of those components had not come in but would be in Wednesday or Thursday. Since we had told them we had to have it by Tuesday this would not work so we came in to pick it up assuming that at least one or two things might be finished. Well they didn't charge us because nothing has been done on the bike. Shop seems disorganized and although the worker apologized, we are left without a repaired bike. Customer service severely lacking in this particular instance we will not be back. read more

Ozzy took care to show me the things that needed to be replaced (rear cassette, chain) and why...and I had him add a couple of additional items on as well. Now, just an hour ago, my wife's bike needed a last minute tube replacement on her rear tire.
