This review is based solely on customer service pre-repair, because I was never able to get the…read morerepair, or even the estimate. I honestly can't believe this guy is still in business. I've been waiting on an ESTIMATE (which involves about 5 minutes of typing a few things into a computer) for weeks. I've heard every excuse in the book from this guy, including: "my computer system broke", "I forgot", "you wouldn't believe how swamped I was today", and "I've got this toothache that's just killin' me" (no joke--he actually blamed this on a toothache). At this point I can't tell if he's just havin' some fun and placing bets with his buddies on how many excuses he can give me before I stop calling or... if this is legit. Moral of the story: don't waste your time here. Seriously. I've physically taken the car in on two separate occasions (because he "lost" all the info the first time) and called about 7-8 times, maybe more. Note: another mechanic in town got the estimate done in 5 minutes. I didn't even have to leave my car at the shop. He took a look at the damage, got my VIN #, went inside, did some beep-beep boop-boop's on his computer, and a few minutes later came back outside with an estimate. Thank you, Denny's! I'll be writing you an equally emphatic review with a completely different number of stars. :)

Then, he has the audacity to tell me the entire ordeal is going to cost me ONE THOUSAND dollars. Never in my life have I ever been so appalled by a "professional". I do not recommend this auto body shop to anyone. He is super unprofessional with his business hours, customer service, and the part was replaced incorrectly. So, I had to take it to another local shop and they fixed it for one hundred dollars and said the process should've only cost me 400 dollars. Disgusted to say the least.

Super helpful & courteous and also told me how I could save. Estimate was ~$1.2k. My second estimate came from Ron Peiper which was $3.3k. Third estimate was Prestige who was over $4k.
