Never Does .. Finally after 3 times of the same response. she calls back to give me week of install, said she would keep me posted about any changes,. never does,, The week before install i called to verify......AGAIN no scheduler ...She calls back the next day to tell me my install would be pushed back another 3 weeks... After I questioned the lack of communication. Janet got very un professional with me. After bickering back and forth and going no where ..I told her i was leave a bad review.. ... Her response: " We don't need your Business. We have hundreds of happy customers. "We will fix your review and besides, Your 1 bad review wont hurt our business". .... I Never thought I would hear something like this from a Company with good review..... Especially in Times like this...
