So my car had been emitting smoke, so I give him a call and I ask him beforehand if I can just get a free estimate so I can shop around if needed, and to check in with my mom for an "okay". He told me it's okay, so I went ahead and brought my car in. After I got the estimate, it was not within our budget, so I kindly told him I wasn't going to use his services. He then tells me "Do me a favor...and never come here again." I was so shocked, I didn't know what to say, and just left. I would have understood his frustration, if I didn't ask him beforehand. But he AGREED to check my car. He could have said no, or that he charges a fee. "VIP" Auto Care. How about not.

Normally you go to the shop and they will up sell you on crap you don't need, or is not time for it. Chris will make sure you get done what you can and with your budget. He can tell you whats wrong just by your description and 9 times out of 10 he is absolutely correct! Case in point, we were told by another guy that we need tire alignment, a new drive shaft, and maybe steering column because the suv was loose on bumps. Yes we could use a little adjustment on the alignment, but it was due to extremely low tire pressure! Something that doesn't cost more than $.25 at gas station! I won't take my vehicles anywhere else but to VIP AUTO CARE!!!

I called the number and spoke with Hector who does mobile detailing in the area. Hector and his partner made the appointment and arrived punctually. They are able to call ahead or text you as you prefer to set up appointments or rearrange a time. My Hyundai is one year old and really in need of some love. Hector brought the generators, wash, waxes and a portable sunscreen to place over the car. The guys were really diligent and careful to note any pre-existing scratches or dents so that they can be sure of what you already have going on in the dings department. I was impressed by their process and their promptness. Interior cleaning can be arranged as well. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They evidently drive all over and take care of detailing in many areas around LA. I am happy to have met Hector and Juan and will make referrals to others so that they can have the same great looking results that I do!! The car is so bright that I cannot see anything else... Let me know he can be here first thing in the morning. He showed up on time & charged me reasonably. So convenient because I wouldn't be able to drive the car because it smelled so bad. Definitely would recommend him. He also checked to see if the rat had chewed through any wires and confirmed he didn't. He could've lied and told me he could replace the wires. He was honest helpful. I appreciate him. He really cleaned my ventilation system and provided me some Lysol and told me where I can keep spraying so the ventilation system doesn't smell. If this ever happens to you guys, he is a person to call and also I would recommend peppermint oil after getting the dead animal out.
